Plastering in Cement mortar (1:5) 12mm thick using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete

Supply of Man Mazdoors for fixing of M.S. Pipes, during Utsavams procession etc., as directed by the during execution.

Finishing the flooring with rough Kadapa slab 40 mm thick and size not less than 0.457 M x 0.457 M set over sand bed, including pointing with cement mortar (1:3) duly filling joints neatly, including curing cost & conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water and flooring stones, etc. complete for finished item of work.
