Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Dismantling of stone slab or tiles of any description in floors, aprons etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile n.exc. 0.11sq.m, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed digitally printed ceramic tiles of size 300x450mm, 6 to 7mm thick in vertical surfaces of wall, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm,, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for double charged, vitrified tiles, coloured, first quality of size 600x600mm, 9 to 10mm thick as in Floors, set and jointed in cement slurry, finished with flush pointing in coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.]

M&L for double charged, vitrified tiles, coloured, first quality for skirting cut from tiles of size 600x600mm, 9 to 10mm thick, to suit the size of floor tile, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 20mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc. over and including 10mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:3, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite work of colour Ruby red/ Telephone black/ Jade black (table rubbed and polished) in floors, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete including rounding and polishing the edges all as specified and as directed

M&L for granite tiles of colour Ruby red/ Telephone black/ Jade black 10mm thick machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over 10mm thick cement screed in CM 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description, not exc. 1.0 sq.m each including easing and adjusting and refixing the shutters in same opening including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc complete all as specified and directed.
