Providing and laying of Empty Cement Bags(Gunny Bags) filled with local sand and tightened using sutli and carriage upto site including preparing subgrade before placing in position, also including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(All kinds of soil.)

Providing and laying first layer of inverted filter over existing base material as per IS 9429. Filter material shall be of such gradiation that particles of base material do not totally migrate through to clog the voids in filter media. The maximum grain size of material is 4.75 mm. Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work

Providing and laying of inverted Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates requirements laid down in IS 9429 and completed to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification. Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :- 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Plain cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications PCC Grade M25: Using concrete Mixer

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Engaging and operation of one no. Hydraulic excavator with one operator/driver, helper including cost of the fuel, lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip / landslide / excavated earth / excavation in dry and wet condition etc. complete in all respect as per direction of engineer-in-charge

Dewatering of water caused due to seepage of ground water and surface water due to rain etc. excluding excavation of foundation but during execution of civil works including supply of all machine operator, khalashi, POL, T&P, accessories required for proper completion of the work including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand)

Surface preparation like cleaning chipping etc. complete and applying certified compound to remove. Algae Fungi including hydro jetting as per site condition

Providing and applying ultra-violet resistant high strength, non-shrink repair mortar conforming to EN-1504-3, class R4 (2014) on the prepared surfaces of piers, abutments, and filling of gaps between stones on downstream floor, energy dissipation arrangement (EDA).

Providing and applying of bond coat using certified bond material in prepared surfaces like chipped concrete surfaces of structures.

Providing and applying of seal coat using certified seal coat material on repaired surfaces like repaired concrete surfaces of structures

Applying of rapid setting integral crystalline cementitious for treatment of seepage/ leakage. Including supply of all material, Labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work. required.

Drilling 38 mm dia holes for fixing anchor bars including all cost of Labour, T&P, scaffolding etc as required for proper completion of work.

Providing of anchor 25 mm dia bars {(TMT(Fe-500)}, 250 cm into old concrete & 50 cms in fresh concrete with L-Hook including all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing cement capsules/slurry or equivalent as per direction of E/I for fixing anchor bars in the drilled holes including all cost of Labour, scaffolding, T&P etc as required for proper completion of work and excluding cost of bars.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-40 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of cantering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Note : Cement content considered in M-40 is @ 360 kg/ cum).

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Attending minor type of repair for full day by engaging and supplying one suitable Helper/Mali/Beldar/Mazdoor/labour/Sweeper for carrying simple type of repairing of all work including all T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of the workas per direction of Engineer in charge but excluding cost of material.

Removal of debris /waste material/ any other material /waste material by sides of drains / rubbish on road side/ park/ dust bin and from any other location by full load tractor trolley ( Tractor with Trolley, driver, fuel etc.) within the specified area as directed by the Engineer-in-charge & includes safe disposal of the same out side the colony area at suitable dumping area including cost of all labour (minimum four nos. labours or more as required), T&P etc. required for proper loading/unloading and safe disposal of waste or any other material etc. required for the proper completion of the work in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
