RequiredBankers Cheque of a Commercial Bank / Account Payee Demand draft of a Commercial Bank / Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) of a Commercial Bank / Insurance Surety Bonds / Bank Guarantee (for balance amount as prescribed) from a Commercial Bank against EMD (drawn in favour of Executive Engineer (Puducherry), CPWD, Puducherry).

RequiredCPWD Enlistment Order of the Contractor (Composite / Any other category) (or) Registration certificate of Travel Agencies (In case of Travel Agency is bidding the tender).

RequiredCertificate of Registration for GST, and Acknowledgement of up to date filed return of GST, if already obtained by the bidder.

RequiredValid Notarized Affidavit of Non-black listing by CPWD/State/Central departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies as per Form J on Non-Judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- duly signed by the authorized person of agency /firm. (Not older than the date of Notice inviting tender) (Proforma of Form J uploaded with this NIT only shall be followed. Form J uploaded in any other format shall lead to rejection).

RequiredProof of work Experience as per Form - D (Page no. 18). The form should be signed by the client. Experience certificate in any other format shall be rejected. To become eligible, the agency should upload experience certificates of value of work more than as required in similar work definition and become eligible. The bidder shall submit and upload TDS certificates (applicable for all bidders), where the experience is claimed for works carried out in Private sector/Private agency.
