Installation, testing and commissioning of 1.95/2.0 Tr. split AC Machine with IDU & ODU including supply & fixing of 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm MS angle iron brackets (powder coated) with necessary nut- bolt etc. & mending good the damages.

Supply & laying of following sizes Refrigerant Copper Pipe (Make - Royku / Totaline / Mandeep) with insulation by nitril rubber also raping the insulation & Copper wire with GKB Gold non adhesive tape.

Supply & drawing of 1.1 KV Gr. 4 core 2.5 sq. mm. P.V.C. insulated sheathed Copper wire (Make Havells / Finolex / Polycab) for connecting the outdoor to indoor unit supply.

Supply & laying 3/4" heavy type P.V.C. pipe for Water Drainage as per direction.

Supply and fixing of 3 pin 16/20 A plug top with indicator (Make - Anchor).

Shifting one no of 1.5/2 ton a.c. machines from the ground floor to the first floor by removing both indoor and out door unit from present place and fixing both indoor, outdoor unit in first floor incl. necessary item required for refixing.

Taken down and refitting the indoor & outdoor unit of Split type A.C. machines (1.5/1.8/2 ton) from its existing installation place for servicing & repairing as required.

Taken down and refitting the window type A.C. machines (1.5/1.8/2 ton) from its existing installation place for servicing & repairing as required.

Thorough, checking, serivicing & cleaning of spare parts part by part of 1.5/1.8/2 ton Split or window type A.C. machine along with cleaning of Condenser and Cooling Coils by caustic solution and refitting the same.

Supply & fitting of 3/4 MFD IDU Fan Capacitor.(Make-Approved)

Supply and Fitting of 50 & 60 MFD Running Capacitor. (Make -Approved )

Supply and filling of R 22 Refrigerant Gas.

Supply and filling of R32 / R 410 Refrigerant Gas.

Thorough leak testing of the Split type and window type Air Conditioning Machines by gas pressure and leak removed by gas welding and vacuamising before gas charging in the system.

Supply and fitting of 5/8” and 1/4” copper pipe line including insulation pipe and cable(3 core 2.5 sq.mm).

Supply and fitting of main inbuilt outlet of self indoor drain water which has been damaged by rat.

Thorough repairing of blower motor, oiling, greasing, re-copper winding of armature of outdoor unit and refitting the same.

Supply & fitting of Magnet Contact Relay of Out Door Unit. (specification -30 A, FL 40 A, RES, coil voltage 208/240 V AC, make-JKB-Gold)

Supply of new compressor for split type 1.5 Ton Capacity A.C. machine (Make - Hitachi/Voltas/Daikin/Carrier).

Charges for supply & fixing of transformer in the PCB of 2 TR Split type A.C.

Supply & fitting of starting relay for window type A.C. (Make-Hi-Tech cat. No.-85001)

Repairing of sensor board of 1.5/1.8/2 ton split type A.C. machines.

Fitting of new compressor by fixing of nut, bolts and gas welding with brazing stick & other accessories to complete the re-assembling of the A.C. machine.

Supply and fitting of PVC rain inforced A.C. fexible 3/4th drain pipe.

Supply & Fitting of Pencil type copper filter (3/8 strainer used for straining the refrigerant)

Taking out the old unserviceable and burnt out compressor from the unit after cutting the nut, bolt and copper pipe line by gas welding.

Supply & fitting of insulated Wrapping tape twice to avoid pricking of crow & rat.

Transportation charges for carrying spares like compressor, cu pipe, drier strainer, blower motor, air filter, capacitor etc. from the workshop to the working site.
