Factory made 30 mm thick second class hard wood (Sal) glazed and skelton door shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauge etc (with out sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass or gauge etc., size of members of shutter as specified in clause 8.24 (a) of part-I, fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified.

Factory made 2nd class soft wood (Kail) plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pined at joint complete all as specified .

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion (Apex ultima protect of make "Asian" or equivalent in makes mentioned in appendix 'C') over a coat of primer of same brand/ make as of exterior emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on concrete surfaces of ceiling, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

25mm thick cement concrete M-15 (Nominal mix) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone agg ) as in flooring, finished even & rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Mat finish, premium quality, non skid, coloured/ printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Mat finish, premium quality, non skid, coloured/ printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15 mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, laid over PCC subbase complete, all as specified. Note:- PCC sub base if provided, shall be measured and paid under respective Items of BOQ.

Machine cut kota stone slab 15-20 mm thick as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab as in in skirting, dados, risers to steps etc, laid over and including 10 mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness including screed bed as in vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic, premium quality, coloured/ printed tiles 450mm x 350mm x 7 to 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces as in skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, floors, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including grinding and polishing complete laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor (1:6) (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment, complete all specified.

Sink made of stainless steel 1.00 mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 405mm x 355mm x 178 mm, fixed in repairs all as specified. Make:- (Cat Part No BSSB-06A of make 'Blue Star or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'C').

PVC valve less, crystal white, syphonic action type flushing cistern 10 litre capacity, superior quality, plunger type, low level, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle, 32 mm dia PVC long bend flush pipe 90cm long and 15 mm dia 600 mm long PVC connection with CP brass coupling nuts and PVC washers at both ends fixed, in repairs, all as specified. Make: Cat Part No. 2602 of Cera or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appx 'C'.

Vitreous Chinaware squatting pan, ‘Orrisa pattern’ size 580 mm x 440 mm,( excluding flushing cistern and flushpipe) crystal white, with cast iron ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet, integral foot rest with provision of plain cement concrete M-15, type B-I using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified, incl making connections to trap and to flush pipe, etc and making good to floors to match existing, in repairs, all as specified. Make: Cat Part No. 2071 of 'Cera' or equivalent makes mentioned in Appx 'C'

Taking down existing unserviceable roof treatment materials and PCC/ cement mortar padding etc complete from roof carefully by cutting chiselling, cleaning the surface by scrapping, brooming, brushing etc and removing the rubbish from site complete, all as directed by Engr-in Charge.

10mm thick (average) screed bed/ plaster in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surface for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed. Taking down electric meter of any capacity and re-fixing the same and connecting electrically with the circuit, complete all as specified & directed.
