M&L Servicing of indoor unit of split type AC of 1.0/1.5/2.0/3.0 Ton Capacity of any make by air blowing, cleaning the filter in water and drying in sun, cleaning of drain tray and rectifying water leak, checking and tightening the electrical connection all as specified and as directed.

M & L for servicing of outdoor unit of Split type air conditioner of 1.0/1.5/2.0/3.0 Ton capacity any make by compressed air and water washing, descaling of condenser coil and oiling of outdoor fan motor, checking and tightening of all the electrical connections, nuts, bolts, washers all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting of outdoor unit of Split type air conditioner of 1.5/2.0/3.0 ton capacity any make including preparation of old painted surface complete and painting with one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete in position all as specified and as directed.

M& L for stickering of MES/SM Nos on indoor and outdoor unit of any type of air conditioning in any location all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Removing the Split type AC 1.0 ton to 2.0 Ton, by taking out from the existing position after pumping down gas from position with frame, outdoor / indoor unit carefully, shifting to new position, cutting opening wall of required size & fix in new position, topping up of gas and making good disturbed surface of wall opening by plastering and appling white wash including closing the old opening making good disturbed surface plastering and appling white wash all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Removing the Split type/ tower / cassette type AC 3.0 ton to 4.0 ton capacity after pumping down gas from position, refixing to new position along with and charging of gas in the compressor after rectifying leak and rat cutting complete all as directed.

Supply and charge of gas R-410/R32 for inverter type split AC of 1.0/1.5/2.0/3.0/4.0 Ton capacity after leak testing and rectification of leak all as specified & directed.

Supply and charge of gas R22/R134a to Split AC,Tower AC, Cassette Type AC of 1.0/1.5/2.0/3.0/4.0 Ton capacity after leak testing and rectification of leak all as specified & directed.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable capillary and strainer from refrigerator and supply and fix new capillary & strainer of any capacity.all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 9 above but for inverter type split AC and split type AC 1.0/1.5 /2.0 Ton capacity.
