Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of underground heavy duty insulated MS steel tank of capacity 5000 ltrs ,fabricated out of 5mm thick MS sheet/plate for shell and 6mm thick for end plates complete and main hole of 600 mm dia with neck raised to 200 mm and insulated with puff insulation . The tank shell should be insulated with 19 mm thick nitrile insulation complete with two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide.The steel tank shall be provided with inbuilt 3 phase heating elements of 6 Nos of capacity 6 kW electrical element with thermostat control complete including excavation work required for laying the tank all as directed and recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Excavation work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.
