Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated or weathered rock, fissured/shattered rock, decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiseling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering including setting out construction of, shoring, strutting and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, providing barricading, danger lighting, guarding etc. backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of surplus excavated soil/rock at specified areas with all leads and lifts etc as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer – in - charge etc. complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting’s, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed concrete (RMC) with usage of Ordinary Portland Cement manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C., from the transit mixer to the site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including the cost of admixtures in recommended porportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge. All works upto floor V level M-20 grade of concrete.

M-30 grade of concrete.

Vaccum dewatering of laid concrete for roads/ areas using Tremix machinery including formwork with MS channel/ angle sections on sides of concrete with proper supporting system, surface/screed & needle vibrating & levelling of concrete. Vaccum dewatering should be done using suction mats (spread on surface) & suction pump, power floating/ troweling using screen floater, manual spreading of hardening compound (if any), smooth/rough/broom finish to the required slope, camber & level, groove cutting (upto 10mm wide x50mm deep) for contraction/expansion, construction & longitudinal hoints, Providing dowel bars with sleeve/tie bars, filling two component polysuphide sealant/joint filler (Bitumen hot sealing compound: Grade A), taping with masking tape etc complete. (Concrete, reinforcement, Dowel Bar with sleeve/tie bar cu.m. 994.00 139 Reinforcement, tarpaulin sheet to be paid separately)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting with vibratory roller to meet requirement of Table 300-2 as per MORTH specification 305

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing and fixing PVC WATER SEAL in constructions joints as per design and drawing shall with stand the pressure to the tune of 5kg / Cm2 of approved quality and conforming to relevant IS code and shall be of one piece and jointing of small pieces shall be avoided the normal width shall not be less than 305mm and thickness shall be between 9.00 to 12.00mm and shall with stand minimum hydro static, Pressure of 30m. of water, including the cost of all materials, labors, tools and plants required in the operation of above work and including the incidentals involved as per specification, drawing and directives of Engineer in charge.

12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Providing and fixing prefabricated compound gate of G.I. pipes 40 – 50 mm dia (medium) with 12mm M.S. square bars of G.I. pipes grill work as per drawing including providing & fixing locking arrangements, pintals, hold fast embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 granitic or basaltic aggreate 20mm nominal size) including applying priming coat with ready mixed red lead paint and painting 2 or more coats with superior ready mixed paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades as per direction complete.

Providing and applying waterproofing coat for box conduit by First Cleaning the concrete surface of all loose material and foreign particals including opening concrete construction joints by removing loose and extra overlap concrete. Followed by Providing and making vata along vertical and hozontal joints of concrete using 1:2:4 Cement : Sand : Metal concrete admixed with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP @ 200 ml per bag of cement. (Cement, sand, metal to be supplied by the client). Next Providing and repairing the honey combed areas, filling the construction joints with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP modified cement sand mortar prepared by mixing together 1 part of Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP : 1 parts of water : 1 part of cement : 2 parts of sand followed by rendering the complete concrete surface with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP modified cement sand mortar prepared by mixing together 1 part of Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP : 4 parts of water : 1 part of cement : 2 parts of sand including grouting of honey combed areas and construction joints with cement slurry, wherever necessary. (Cement, sand, metal to be supplied by the client). Followed by Providing and applying two coats of DR. FIXIT PIDIFIN 2K, an Elastomeric, Flexible waterproofing coating on the rendered concrete and wall surface. Rendering the complete concrete surface with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP modified cement sand mortar prepared by mixing together 1 part of Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP : 4 parts of water : 1 part of cement : 2 parts of sand as protective coat .
