Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint to wood work including cost conveyance, taxes of all materials to site and all labour charges required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

16 mm thick Cement Plaster in C.M. (1 : 6 ) using good coarse river Sand of approved quality finished smooth over Brick Masonary after racking out joints including watering, curing with cost , conveyance , royalty taxes of materials all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge

12 mm thick Cement Plaster in C.M. (1:6) using good coarse river Sand of approved quality finished smooth over Brick Masonary after racking out joints including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of materials all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying fitting & fixing of M.S Iron door & windows with grills of approved design including cost of all materials, labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Dressed seasoned Non-Sal Wood work framed and fixed (wrought and put up) in trusses, purlins, frames of doors windows, ventilators and beams including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying and fixing of 32mm flush door shutter with approved quality of 30mm thick BWR Block board pasted with 1mm thick sunmica on both side of approved design quality including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentaling and removing 2.5cm thick Grading concrete from roof slab, cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debris within 50 mtrs lead including cost of labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame,hinges, fastening and stacking the same for re-use and removing the debris within 50m lead including cost of labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
