Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 125 KVA, silent type, water cooled, radiator type, four stroke, electric start D.G Set with acoustic enclosure and standard control panel with 200A, 4P MCCB with stand by low earth fault relay using Neutral CT, Meter for Reading amps, Voltage etc... indication lamp etc. The engine shall be capable of taking 10% overload for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The alternator shall be brushless, self excited, self regulated, SPDP enclosure, class F/H insulation, suitable for continuous operation at 1500 rpm, generating 415 V +/- 5% at 0.8 p.f, 50Hz, 0.80 load factor, 3 phase, 4 wire system generally conforming to BS: 2613 & IS: 4722. The neutral of the DG set shall be provided with low set earth fault relay using adequate Nutral CT in the neutral earthing conductor . Both Engine and Alternator shall be mounted on common channel iron base frame, and with standard accessories such as antiviberation pad, lead acid batteries (as specified by engine manufacturer) and engine driven battery charger along with leads, battery stand, fuel piping from fuel tank to Engine, electronic governor, Residential silencer, suitable size cable termination box etc as required. Rate shall be inclusive of all lift, lead charges. The work should be as per Electrical Inspectorate / Pollution control board norms.Two year manufacture warranty

Supply & installation of exhaust gas piping of suitable diameter for 125kVA DG set as per manufactures standard welded black MS, B class pipe confirming to IS:3589 cut to required lengths and installed with necessary bends, supports and clamps, anti- vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with mineral wool / Rockwool, wire mesh & aluminum cladding etc as required.

Supply and providing plate earthing as per IS 3043 with 600x600x6.30 mm GI earth plate, 20 mm GI watering pipe fixed to the earth plate with 20 x 3 mm GI clamps, GI funnel with weld mesh, filling required quantity of charcoal including construction of inspection chamber with a bed concrete of 1:4:8 PCC using 40 mm broken stone (10 cm thick), brick work in cement mortar 1:6, plastering the surface of brick masonry and the exposed surface of PCC bed with cement mortar 1:4, 12 mm thick, (the finished inside dimension shall be 300 x 300 x 300 mm) but excluding test joint, earth continuity conductor to the plate, and covering at the top. (in hard soil)

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or inrecess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required

Supply and providing 6 mm thick and 1 m wide electrical grade chequered type rubber mat to withstand 3.3 kV dielectric strength conforming to IS 5429/1969

Supply and providing CO2 type 4.5Kg fire extinguisher or equivalent.

Supply and fixing 9 litre capacity GI fire bucket painted in post office red with primer coat of red oxide

Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using 2.00 mm CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments should be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc. including control wiring

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Dry stone masonry for foundation including cost of materials and labour charges etc, complete.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Steel work in built up tubular ( square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 25 mm square weld mesh of 10gauge welded with 30mm GI square pipe frame including all materials, welding charges, fixing charges, and painting with Epoxy primer coat etc. completeas per the instructions of Engineer Incharge

Painting two coat with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Roofing with Galvanized iron color coated trafford sheets 0.50mm (including colour coated G.I ridge, hip and valley sheets, j-bolts, washers etc) on a frame work of M.S. rectangular pipes (B-class) m.s rods, iron plates, etc. ( already done and paid seperately) with over laps of 150mm at the ends all cost of materials conveyance and labour charges etc complete all levels as per direction of engineer in charge.
