Maintenance, complete overhauling and callibration of 11 KV,3 phase, 630 Amps - 400 Amps, VCB including disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol & CRC-226 including reassembling, panel board, main bus bar, de-carbonizing all joints bus bar, CTs, PTs, spouts metal parts and making VCB perfect operating in manual and electric mode including all routine and preventive maintenance complete and replacing unserviceable parts and components complete, all as specified and directed. Make of VCB:- ABB & Crompton Greeves Note:- Spare parts will be measured and paid seperately as supply only under respective items. The labour charges deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. Contractor to be provide the spare parts suitable for the existing make.

S& F inreplacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty), with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3 core complete including removal of u/s cable all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells/Glostar/Polycab/Nicco Note:- Excavation, sand coushioning and bricks protections shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

M & L steel tubular swaged pole 11 metre long complete with 6mm cast iron base plate finial taper plug ,bolts, nuts and secrew all as specified type 410, SP-55 (11.0 metres long) includuing painting up to 1.5 M above PCC coping in black and white strips 5 Nos each 30 CM high staring from bottom of pole and two coats of epoxy based paint alumimium grade finish to remaining external surface over one coat of suitable primer complete all as specified and as directed.
