Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling complete all as specified and directed.

Stone masonry walling or squred walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using dressed same size Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Stone masonry walling or squred walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses but except stone complete all as specified and directed (Serviceable stones retrieved from item No. 1 will be reused).

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, Benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, saucer drain(including finishing top surface of drain even and smooth without using extra cement), water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and similar work including use & waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any type / gauge, thickness and any patten of roof coverings, hanger door, hanger roof complete all as specified.

Except sheets corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, wall etc fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

2 mm thick solid polycarbonate sheet of colour as approved, fixed in roofs, wall cladding, etc with screw bolts as per manufacturers instruction fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin high rib / multi rib TMP Profile Galvalume sheeting in roof having 1000-1020 mm width 28 mm high crest @ maximum 250 mm pitch (centre to centre) and minimum 190mm manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MPa minimum and wall coated with 25 micron modified polyester paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. The sheet shall be supplied in length maximum upto 6-12 meters long to suit with structural dimensions and fixed with self tapping screws with built in gasket (with bitumen washer) of suitable size machine fixed as per manufacturer instructions and applying adhesive compound to joint overlap of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin plain Galvalume sheeting in ridge and cladding having 1000-1020 mm width manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MPa minimum and wall coated with 25 micron modified polyester paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. The sheet shall be supplied in length maximum upto 6-12 meters long to suit with structural dimensions and fixed with self tapping screws with built in gasket (with bitumen washer) of suitable size machine fixed as per manufacturer instructions and applying adhesive compound to joint overlap of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron, mild steel or structural steel work of any description and in any position complete as specified and directed.

Rolled MS steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including special shaped washers etc., complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161- 1979 graded ST 240 complete as specified and directed.

Framed work (Fe 410 -W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, posts, braces, rafters, purlins etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing as in repair complete complete all as spd and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Rolled Mild Steel Plates (plain or Chequered) channels, square cut or notched, forming holes, without any attachment, for fixing to truss confirming to Fe 410 – w (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

MS screw bolts (Machine made) length of bolt exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, dia of shank 11 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps, gates wind tie including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Mild steel framed work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Stainless steel (Grade-304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engr-in-Charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc), complete all as specified and as directed.

Punched tape concertina coil (Bitumen dipped) 610mm dia made with high tensile strength galvanized mild steel wire 2.60 mm dia as per IS 4454 strip material (galvanized MS strip as per IS-1730) with angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 3.00 metre apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T stud tied with G.I staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts on GI barbed wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (RBT)/ spring core 2.6mm dia wire minimum barb 9 mm width, loop spacing 250± 20mm, coil length 9 metre and fixed in position fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Mild steel angle (Y-Shape) shall be measured and paid separately.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified.

Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate using as in foundations, filling and mass concrete or as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete or as in sub base (100 mm thick) complete all as specified and directed.

75 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path laid to slope of 1 in 12 and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering of exposed edges complete all as specified and directed.

Glass diving strips 1.5 mm thick and 22 mm width complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete of size not less than 20cm (Ht) x 10cm (thickness) in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever directed complete all as specified.

Preparation of newly concrete surfaces of wall and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over priming paint plaster coat complete all specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, stone or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster, etc complete all a specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on concrete work in CM 1:4 finished the surfaces even and smooth using WPC @ 3% of cement (water proofing compound shall be paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down / Demolition of old textile covering from roof (old WPT) complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in padding concrete to over slab 40 mm thick (average) bedding layer mixed with WPC, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC & APP shall be measured and paid separately.

10 mm thick (average) bedding layer on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, mixed with WPC, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment / specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm 9 minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated membrance / Bitumen felt surfaces of any description not otherwise described and applying two coat of Aluminium paint 0.15 litre / sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Anti-skid Endura Cool roof SRI (Solar reflective Index) ceramic tiles (of approved color), 300x300x10mm thick, square / rectangular laid over plastered surface of roof in 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, joints grouted with tile grout complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of loose / cracked concrete incl reinforcement if required, from RCC roof projection, chajjas, fins, facia etc and making good with Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:1.5:3 ype A-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) in any slab and in any position finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work and welding/binding of reinforcement (including reinforcement) if required complete and match with the existing surface as directed by the Engr- in -Charge.

Cleaning of existing surface with wire brush removal of all dust & grit of sunken floors, providing 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 using WPC at the rate of 3% by wt of cement, one coat of hot blown bitumen VG10 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm on all plastered surface and providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with WPC in slope towards outside, min thickness of PCC is 25mm & max 75mm providing 40mm dia PVC spout of length 50cm complete and tested for leakage, seepage and filling with lime concrete or lean concrete 1:5:10 using brickes bat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Repairing the damp wall by removing the existing putty till plaster level from skirting to the affected area covering an additional 0.30 meter distance across all sides of affected area. The smartcare hydroloc is applied on plaster by brush ensuring the material goes inside the pores/intersites. The first coat (no dilution) is applied with a forced coverage of 3.7-4.2 Sqm / L area from skirting to the affected area, covering an additional 0.3 meter distance across all sides of affected area. Allow it to dry for 6-8 hours. The 2nd coat (no dilution) applied with coverage of 3.7-4.2 Sqm /L perpendicular to first coat. Allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. After it has dried water proofing putty is applied. Now the surface is prepared by sand paper to receive the colour over it complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
