Using Batch Mix Plant of appropriate capacity and Paver finisher Hydraustatic with Sensor. (i) For Grading II (19mm nominal size)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous bindet @ 5.1 to 5.60/" by weight of mix and tiller, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignmenl, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 507 of specilication. Using Batch Mix Plant oI appropriate capacity and Paver Finisher Hydrauslatic with Sensor mntrol. (i) inal size ) for Grading-II ( 13 mm nominal size)

Providing and applying tack coat wilh bitumen emulsion using distributor at lhe rate of 0.2k9 per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevant clauses of section-So3 of specmcations. emulsion pressure

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermopla3tic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying ot hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm lhick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, lhickness ot 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and lree from streaks and holes all com lete as r clause 803 of s cations.
