Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting/filling):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils & rocks with E&B and BLB as met at site true to lines as per plan, X section, L section camber, super elevation as required also including uprooting & cutting of bushes dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes with all lead, lifts and safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places by mechanical means/ manual means indicated in the drawing with out damaging forest and forest land including slip clearance during hill side cutting as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deteterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material,as directed by Engineer- in-Charge. Also including dewatering from foundation trenches during excavation of foundation, laying of concrete etc including supplyof all materials, labour, T&P etc. also including higher charges / cost of dewatering pumps and fuel etc required for proper completion of the work.cost of all material,labour, T&P and machinery etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Random Rubble stone masonary(1:5) laid in one cement and five coarse sand mortar including supply of all materials, labour and T&P and royalties etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer- in-charge and as per technical specification of MORD.

Construction of R.R. stone masonary laid dry including bond stones, supply of all materials, labour,T&P & Royalty etc.required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014. For proteciton work

Plum Masonery in proportion of 1:3:7 cement sand & 40 m.m gauge hard stone ballast in ratio of 60% lost 40% plum. With all material labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates for weir etc with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighting not less than 25 Kg each as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1301. for protection work

Supplying, cutting , and placing of HYSD bar reinforcement in substructure/superstructure complete (IS1786:2008 clause no. 1.6) Steel shall not be from rerolling plants and shall conform to relevent IS Code including supply of all materials, labour,T&P, royalty etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge as per MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014

Sub structure

Supply and fabrication of steel truss ( girder ) bridge as per detailed drawing. Supply of all structural steel confirming to I.S. 226 - 1969 required for proper completion of bridge including ground erection of the bridge and including one coat of approved quality anty corrosive red oxide paint confirming I.S. 5660 as per specification and drawing including all T&P etc. nuts & bolts, washers and also including supply and fixing of shop rivets refered as per drawing. The rates shall include ground errection in the workshop and its dismantal after inspection, approval and removing of deffects, match marking of all parts numberings and proper stacking in the premises of workshop before cartage to site of work. The work shall be excited in accordance with I.S. 1915 - 1961 and its latest revision shall be applicable. The rate shall including cost of all materials, its wastage and cutting, bending if required, welding, making holes, shop rivetting, labour, T&Petc. and also including proper stacking after dismantling of ground errection. All required equipments should be arranged by the contractor as his own cost, which shall be taken back by the contractor after satisfactory execution of the job. Also including supply materials. T&P etc. required for proper copletion of the work as per direction of Engineer - In - Charge.

Erection of Steel Truss (Girder) Bridge as per drawing with required camber including cartage of fabricated parts from the place of stack near site including submission of launching plan by the contractor, (duly weighted by a recognised reputable institution/consultant if required) and approved by the engineer-in-charge. Service bolts to used shall be of GKW make or any other as approved by engineer-in-charge, including cost of all labor, T&P, equipments and consumables required for proper completion of the work as per MORTH specification no. 1905 and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge {1. Add 12% extra ( of the cost of material resource i.e., rivets used in item no. 16-25) for Scaffolding, Ropes, Winch, Chain Pully, and all other T&P and equipments. 2. For span more than 30 meters, add 1% per meter extra, but maximum 50 %, (of the above cost of scaffolding etc. plus the total labour cost for erection of the bridge).

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level POT-PTFE bearing consisting of a metal piston supported by a disc or unreinforced elastomer confined within a metal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seals, PTFE surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface, complete assembly to be of cast steel/fabricated structural steel, metal and elastomer elements to be as per IRC: 83 Parts I&II respectively and other parts conforming to BS: 5400, Sections 9.1 & 9.2 and Clause 2006 of MoRT&H Specifications complete as per drawing and approved Technical Specifications Sr. no. 13.16

Providing and applying two coats of ready mix paint including primer coat of approved brand on steel surface after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Providing and fixing of C.C edge stones 12cm *12cm*60cm size precast in M15 cement concrete with 4 nos. 8 mm dia HYSD vertical bars and 3 nos 6mm dia MS bar stirrups as per approved drawing including two coat white washing on valley side of formation as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per technical specifications Clause 1916 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards face complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Providing and Fixing 'Logo' of PMGSY Project Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. ettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
