Disconnecting and removing the water and electric connections carefully & Dismantling and taking out the existing electric driven Multistage Spilt casing type pump set with 75kw/105HP, at 1500 rpm Diesel Engine (kilrloskar make) coupled with Pump having discharge at 88 mtr head model; HB60-20 from suction and delivery pipe lines transporting the pumpset to a Authoried Workshop for reconditioning of motor,Pump and change of parts in water pump Set including fitting of mechanical seal, Replacement of flexible coupling parts and alignment of pump and motor and thorugh servicing, greasing and oiling to the pump and motor, varnishing to the motor winding including other minor work required, re-assembling the pump and Engine, transportiang the same to its orginal location, fixing in position, connecting up electrical and pipe line connection, testing and commisssionig Commissioning of pump set for satisfactory operation on its full load complete., all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismentling of pump and motor.Varnishing to the motor winding,overhaluing complete after through cleaning all parts of motor by kerocene oil including material and labour of replacement worn out parts it required i.e. CI implellers, CI sleeves, CI bush/bearing, MS coupling with rubber tyre/ star type CI neck ring CI center stage ring, Ball bearing DE & NDE, stud nut, bolt, washer& body packing gasket of pump with necessary welding machine/ grinding work if required for repair of shaft/ pump body & .re-assembling pump on base frame with proper alignment with motor including re-shifting to the same to its orginal location, fixing in position, connecting up electrical and pipe line connection, testing and commisssionig of pump set for satisfactory operation on its full load complete., all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: - FOR ITEM No.1,2 &3 :- (i) Contractor shall take proper precautions while lifting out and removing Diesel Engine along with water pump set and acecssories from existing location well so as to avoid any damage . All necessary T&P and equipments required for dismental of the same arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (ii) Expendable stores like cotton waste/cleaning materials lubricants , gland packing metal filling, machinaing and transportation to and fro from site to work shop are deemed to be included in rate quoted. (iii) Minor spares Part required for repair the pump sets,motor,MS pipe,MS Nut, botls, washers ,rubber gasket joints etc and are deemed to be included in rate quoted. (vi) The rates for above items are deemed to include transportation to & fro of pumps/ motors to workshop as approved by Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs, alignment and testing of pump and motors at workshop. (v) The rate quoted for the item shall include re-metaling of Pump shaft, polishing and grinding and making standard size to match with Gun Metal Bush/Neck-ring. (vi) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include replacement of small/ minor parts i.e. washers, keys for coupling, cable packing ring etc. (vii)Labour elemetns is included in unit rates.

Dismentling of pump and motor.Varnishing to the motor winding,overhaluing complete after through cleaning all parts of motor by kerocene oil including material and labour of replacement worn out parts it required i.e. CI implellers, CI sleeves, CI bush/bearing, MS coupling with rubber tyre/ star type CI neck ring CI center stage ring, Ball bearing DE & NDE, stud nut, bolt, washer& body packing gasket of pump with necessary welding machine/ grinding work if required for repair of shaft/ pump body & .re-assembling pump on base frame with proper alignment with motor including re-shifting to the same to its orginal location, fixing in position, connecting up electrical and pipe line connection, testing and commisssionig of pump set for satisfactory operation on its full load complete., all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing in replacement of UNSV water pressure gauge 4" dia range 0-14 Kg per cm square complete,all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing in replacement of UNSV Bronze/gun metal gate valve, heavy duty, screwed both ends with iron wheel head of size 25mm dia bore complete,all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, fixing, jointing and testing in replacement of unserviceable cast iron sluice valve of ,class PN-1.6 both ends flanged with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle, short body type, conforming to IS-14846 of 2000 including rubber gasket and nut blot with washer for flange joints complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for following bores :- Notes:- The cost of Earth work, joints & jointing materials of the sluice valve shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Taking out or down defective sluice valve from main line and opening carefully old defective sluice valve of any description and in any position for and including servicing, over-hauling / greasing etc, and replacement of old unserviceable / worn out parts and reassembling the sluice valve after repair and refixing the same & testing after installation complete, all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge for following bores :- Note :- (i) The cost of Earth work, joints & jointing materials washers, gaskets ,necessary welding,nut,bolts ,washer and minor parts shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates but Replacement of the defective parts i.e. cast iron gate & stainless steel spindle of Sluice valve shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under appropriate items of Schedule ‘A’

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in replacement of UNSV branch pipe gun metal 63mm instaneous inlet, made threaded outlet,15mm bore nozzle short,etc complete, all as per directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Excavation will be measured separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in replacement of UNSV Gun Metal air release valve of size 25 mm dia bore with socket welding in position.etc complete, all as per directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Excavation will be measured separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in replacement of UNSV pressure switch (for operation at 0-15 kg/cm2) with required fittings and accessories complete, all as per directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Excavation will be measured separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in replacement of UNSV hose box made of 18 gauge MS sheet having a minimum size of 800mm x 600mm x 250mm with double door with 4mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fired out side and brilliant white inside yard including necessory MS hanging suitable frame for hose box where ever required complete, all as specified & directed. by Engr-in-charge

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil including forming sides and bottom surface to required levels/slops/gradients etc. complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note:- The disturbed surface of roads/paths/plinths etc. shall be repaired and quoted rates deemed to include this aspect.

All as per item No.19 above but hard/dense soil/PCC/Road etc, all as specified and directed..

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick after the cable have been laid tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of sand 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable ie total 23 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay unreinforced pre cast concrete cable covers class LV type-1, flat, size 250 x 150 x 40 mm factory made,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installed, jointing and testing in replacement of unserviceable Foot Valve of size 150 mm (6”) dia. of cast iron non return valve both ends flanged conforming to IS 4038, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in replacement of UNSV XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100V grade cross section area of the following size including making necessary connection, with busbar/MCCB/DB's & testing complete all as specified and directed.
