(Supporting Documents are to be attached along with the Annexure-V)

Details of Income Tax Returns for any 3 Consecutive continues years of the last 5 financial years from 2020-21 to 2024-25

The tenderer should submit bank solvency for an amount of Rs. 9.45 Lakhs in the name of Executive Engineer, PRED Division, Bangalore Urban District Bangalore.

The tenderer should upload Bank statement where the payments had done to all personnel deployed by service provider of at least 3 Consecutive continuous months during 2024-25
