| 0.001. The contractor shall follow relevant IS codes/technical specifications for execution of work. 2. The contractor shall maintain good workman ship and follow safe working procedures during the work. 3. All works shall be executed while following due safety procedures and wearing adequate PPEs. 4. The contractor shall make his own arrangements such ladder, scaffolding etc. for approaching or accessing the tanks. No extra payment will be made in this regard. 5. Contractor has to deploy expert agency for the work who has at least 2 years of experience in tank/sump cleaning works. 6. Contractor has to provide minimum two nos of 100 liters PVC/HDPE tanks for storage of water for occupants use before taking up tank cleaning at no extra cost. Maximum 16 nos of 100 liters PVC/HDPE tank may be required for occupants use at a time. The tanks shall be provided during the cleaning period of tank and will be taken back by the contractor after completion of work. 7. The date of cleaning shall be marked on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint. The old date already written on tank should be removed. 8. The malba, silt, rubbish, debris shall be disposed off as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 9. If during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account. 10. The directions given by EIC for the work will be final and binding. | |||||||
