Boring for cast-in-situ bored piles of 600mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed Note:-The rate shall include mobilisation,erection,dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.

CRS/HCRS/CRM TMT bars in reinforcement 10mm dia and over including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs as in Ring/Stiffener for Piles.

PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete layer below pile caps/grade beams and foundation complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 600mm dia bored pile (Initial Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 700mm dia bored pile (Initial Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 600mm dia pile (Routine Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of pile caps , grade beams rough finished surface of concrete flat all as specified .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep or area not exceeding 10 sqm on plan in soft/loose soil including bailing out/pumping out water on account of spring/rain or any other causes using any method as required and as directed by Engr-in-Charge for pile caps/plinth beams/tie beam etc all as specified and shown on drawings.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance exceeding 1.5Km but not exc. 5.0Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Internal Water Supply:- Angular stop cock, chromium plated, cast copper alloy, screwed down, screwed for CPVC pipe 15mm dia bore Make Jaquar code No CON-059KN or equivalent of other make specified in the list of manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

Bib Cock, chromium plated, cast copper alloy long body screwed for CPVC pipe 15 mm dia bore.Make: Jaquar Code No CON-047 KN or equivalent of other make specified in the list of manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

Stop valves brass, with crutch or butterfly handle,chromium plated ,fancy type, suitable for 25mm dia pipe , screwed down, high pressure, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directed

Internal Electrification:- Concealed Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor cable ISI marked, 1100 Volt grade, FRLS of size 1.5 sq.mm, through and including rigid non metallic ,ISI marked PVC conduit and all accessories, including suitable size modular metal box,modular white cover plate with frame & 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathered multistranded single core copper conductor FRLS,ISI marked cable as earth continuity conductor,cutting chasis,and making good disturbed surfaces etc complete all as specified & directed for (a) One light /ceiling fan / exhaust fan point controlled by one 5/6 amps one way switch ( Note :(i) Rate include cost of making MS box in concealed for cutting and sinkings for boxes and making good to walls , No extra paymemnet will be made for the same.(ii): Rate include the logic modular plates, Necessary blank Plates as required at site. )
