Replacement of floor tiles and reconstruction of damaged drain and allied civil works in DM Plant area at HWPK plant site

Dismantling of existing floor tile of thickness 10 to 25 mm laid in cement morter including cleaning the surface & stacking of serviceable materials to the departmental store and disposal of unserviceable material to departmental disposal yard with in a lead of 2 Km with all lift etc. complete as per the specification and as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing of brick work in cement mortar work (manually / by mechanical means), stacking of serviceable materials to the departmental store and disposal of unserviceable material to departmental disposal yard with in a lead of 2 Km with all lift etc. complete as per the specification and as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing P.C.C. work of any grade manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material to departmental disposal yard with in a lead of 2 Km with all lift etc complete as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars to the departmental store and disposal of unserviceable material to departmental disposal yard with in a lead of 2 Km with all lift etc. complete as per the specification and as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Excavation work in all kind of soils & base coarse by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation, trenches or drains maximum up to 1.0 meter depth, including shoring, strutting, dewatering if requires, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.0 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils to disposal yard, filling excavated earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying PCC Grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Using approved size of graded stone aggregate and including compaction, curing and cost of form work, for floors, drain base, foundation, footing,and other locations as specified and as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Constructing brick masonry (With common burnt clay brick non modular class designation 7.5) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) at all level including curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 Fine sand with floating coat of neat cement punning over the plaster surface at all level including curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Precast cement concrete string or lacing courses, Slabs, blocks, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills, shelves, louvers, steps, stair cases, etc. made up of concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources) at all level, including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), with complete curing, consolidation, cost of shuttering, finishing but excluding reinforcement cost complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing & laying Thermo-Mechanically Treated Steel reinforcement bars of grade Fe-500D or more for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding at all level all complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying Acid/Alkali Resistant tiles with H&R Jhonson Endura tiles in 300X300mmx20 mm size or equivalent approved make, in required colours and shades, using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, including complete surface preparation, acid and/or alkali resisting cement for slurry over bed @ 3.3kg per sqm, filling/grouting and finishing etc. complete as per as per manufacturer's specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying two or more coats of solvent free epoxy paint of HUNTSMAN/CICO or equivalent consisting of base and hardener in suaitable proportions as recommended by manufacturer's on concrete surface to achive a dry film thickness of 250 micron (+/- 5%), over a coat of epoxy primer, to protect plaster surface from various acids, alkalies, as well as liquid solution including preparing the surface by scrubbing with wire brushes, cost of materials, labour, power tools & tackles etc. complete as per manufacturers recommendations, as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & laying Reinforced cement concrete work of grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in floor with complete curing, consolidation, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing all tools, tackles, manpower, machinery for transporting and stacking of Precast RCC serviceable drain slabs to the departmental store and disposal of unserviceable Precast RCC drain slabs to departmental disposal yard with in a lead of 2 Km with all lift etc. complete including loading, unloading & transporting the same to the dumping area/ /designated place as directed by the Engineer.
