Supply & fixing towel rod (CP) of 24" long and 3/4 " dia.

Flooring with ceramic non- skid tiles of first quality of make as approved by Engineer-in-charge 7.3mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm set over a base coat of CM (1:8) prop. 12mm thick over CC bed already laid including neat cement slurry of honey like consistancy spread at the rate of 3.3 kgs per Sqm. and filling the joints with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, ceramic tiles, white cement etc., to site, (excluding cost of C.C. bed) including cost of all materials, cost of base coat and all labour charges for mixing of cement mortar, laying tiles to required slope as directed by the Engineer- in-charge curing etc., complete for finished item of work. Dadooing to walls with ISO accredited coloured glazed tiles of make as approved by Engineer-in-charge of size not less than 300mmx200mm size and top border tiles of size 200mmx100mm set over 12mm thick CM (1:3) base coat and neat grey cement slurry of honey like consistency at the rate of 3.3 kg.s per sq.mt and jointed with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to match the shade of tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials and water to work site including sales & other taxes on all materials, cost of base coat, all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as mixing mortar, fixing in position, including lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work. Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of size 63.5x100 MM. The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x75 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. The ready/assembled door frame is fixed to the wall using hold fast or bolt fasteners. A minimum of 4 No.s of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2no.s for horizontal member.

Providing and fixing 28 -30 MM thick solid Wood Polymer Composite(WPC) single extruded door shutter with 3MM top and bottom rigid layer with an overall density of 750kg/Cum. It will be fixed to the frame using 3 inch /4 inch hinges. A minimum of 4 hinges will be required for fixing the door with the frame including labour charges for fixing and all necessary fixtures etc., complete for finished item of work.
