Cutting in Earth work and disposal of excavated earth up to a lead of 20 mtr. In Pick and Jumper work. For site development and leveling the ground.

Excavation in Foundation / trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Meter stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meter clear form the edge of the excavation, in pick work & Jumper work

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Laying of C.Conc. 1:6:12 in foundation under floor and pavement i/c ramming & curing complete.

Stone soling properly hand packed filling and consolidating with power road roller to the required grade and camber i/c spreading watering and rolling of binding material murum & earth etc. b) above 100 mm thick. As per HPSR 2009

Providing and Laying of C:C 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 Sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls / Breast walls, the size of plum shall usually be 150mm. To 300mm.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plan-king so as to give rough finish i/ccentering & shutering strutting and proppeng etc. height of propping and cement below supporting floor to celling not exceeding 4 mtrs. And removal of the same for in- situ reinforced. conc. & plain conc. work in:- Beams, cantilevers, lintels, RCC Sesmic band etc. not exceeding 1 mtrs. In depth. a) Foundation footing, bases of columns, etc.

b) Main building Pillars ( column , pillers ,post , sturt etc .)

c) Beams at plinth level & roof level

d) Flat surface such as slabs, shelves&balconies etc.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone 20 mm nominal size including curing complete but excluding cost of for work and reinforcement concrete work in: a) Foundation footing & main building pillars

b)Suspended Floor Roofs etc/Beams & Lintels

Providing mild steel / tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, bending and placing in position complete up to floor two level:

Brick masonry in cement mortar 1:6 in super structure upto 3 mtrs. Height from plinth level i/c curing complete.

Half brick mas. In 1:4 cement mortar up to floor to two level in super structure i/c curing complete.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position. Second class Deodar wood

Preparation and fixing of 40 mm thick panelled glazed or panelled glazed shutter for doors, windows and clerestorey window i/c black enameelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws fitting in Second class Deodar wood

15 mm thick cement plaster in 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand in respective ratios) in fair/rough side of brick walls for plastering up to floor two level i/c arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded not exceeding 10mm in girth and finished even and smooth i/c scaffolding a) inner side

b)Outer side building 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:5

6mm thick cement palaster to ceiling in cement moetar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand)

P/F vitrified 600x600mm tile in flooring,skriting treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of covering of 12mm (1/2'') thick cement mortar 1:3 finished with flush painting in white cement.

P/F vitrified 300x300mm tile in skriting and risers of steps and dado on 12mm (1/2'') thick cement mortar 1:3 & joined with white cement slurry.

P /L antiskid tile in toilet and bathroom in flooring

P /L white glazed tile in skirting and dada

Making plinth protection 50mm thick in cement conc. In 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand : 6 20 mm ballast) i/c finishing the top surface of conc. Smooth.

Construction of open surface drain in H.D.C.R. Stone masonry 15x22cm U shape in cement mortar 1:6 and inside plastering 20cm thick with cement mortar 1:3 i/c earth work and laying 10 cm thick cement conc. 1:5:10 and 7.5cm thick cement plaster 1:3 and finished with floating coat of neat cement. As Per HPSR 2009

Applying red oxide coat over new steel work and other metal surface after and i/c preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter scoured with wire brushing fine steel wool scribers & sand paper with ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead red oxide/zinc oxide chrome.

Painting two coats ( exculding primary coat) on new steel and other metal surface with ename/ready mixed/cooaltar paint brushing to give an even shade i/c cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust & other foreign matter. (Other then white)

Applying primer coat over new wood and woow based surface after and i/c preparing the surface by throughly oil grease,dirt and other foreign matter (ready mixed primer/enamel primer/wood filler transparent liquid for varnish).( Redy mixed paint brushing wood primer pink )

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat ) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel/ready mixed flat oil paint brushing to give an even shade i/c cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter and sand papering

Wall painting two coat with acrylic emulsion paint interiar & exteriar weather proof snowcem of approved quality and shade on un-decorated wall surface to give an even shade i/c thoroughly brushing the surface free from all dier,dust foreign matters and sand papering i/c scaffolding

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade (40% OF 429.85) exterior grade emulsion paint weather proof (apexaltima)

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped mettalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster 5 microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6 mm diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber wasshers complete with all accesories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up section i/c cutting weldeing & fixing in position complete

Making & fixing ridges or valleys of plain sheet 80/63 mm fix with G.I.J. or L Hooks 10mm dia. GI limpet & bitumen washers complete.

Steel work welled in grating, framed guard bars, ladders railling, brackets, projection ceiling and similar works.
