Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar incl removing the unserviceable material outside the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Mud phuska in roofs, any thickness including plastering and leaping plaster and removing un-serviceable material outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for :- (a) Cleaning the surface, remove dust, dirt, loose particles and unsound substrate and grading with cement mortar (1:4), 10 mm thick, as in slab surfaces, beams, columns, parapet and junction of walls etc., grading with a slope of 1 in 120 mixed with liquid/ integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction as approved by GE (water proofing compound to be measured separately only for cement mortar/ PCC Work (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of water proofing shield primer @ 0.50 kg/Sqm as a bonding layer over finished plaster surface including cleaning the surface. (c) Over the coat of bitumen bonding layer as above APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3.0 kg/Sqm) and 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric, unrolled and bonded completely to the substrate with side overlap of 75 mm or end over lap of 100 mm. The overlaps are then sealed/ fused by flame technology method as per manufacturer's instruction. (d) Sealing edges well into grooves & protect with CM 1:2 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work for water proofing treatment on roofs shall be executed through original manufacturer's or their authorised applicator.

M&L providing cement concrete as in roof, levelling courses for making proper gradient/ slope of mud stops rounded or chamered on edges with B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified & directed incl necessary form work. (water proofing compound to be measured separately)

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided as in drain copings and similar situations including removing the unserviceable material outside the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in water tank platform mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction as in roof floors. (Water proofing compound to be measured separately).

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028 of SSR, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Material & labour Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, incuding laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner.

Material and Labour for providing cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, incl form work etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns, beams, slabs, chajjas, parapets, railing, and the like as directed without disturbing the core of RCC member, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including application of rust removal cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcement (and removing rust with flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper) and also applying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufactures method of application to re bar corrosion protection system to reinforcement surface of steel reinforcement after that applying polymer modified cementious bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete surface with 1 part of SBR latex with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight, coverage of SBR latex shall not be more than 0.25 Kg/Sqm for one coat. Adhesive bond strength not less that 2.5 Mpa, After this, providing 40mm (average thickness) guiniting mix @ pressure 2.2 to 2.5 kg per sqcm with anti corrosion admixture (using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 43grade and 2part of Ghagger sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufacturer instruction and as directed) including stripping floating with wooden strippers for proper dimension control necessary, formwork and scaffolding, complete surface of guiniting to be finished fair with 10mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement cleaning and removing of waste material etc as directed at site. (All services and work incl internal and external surfaces and members of six storey building).

Providing and fixing rebar of required length and diameter with Sika anchor fix R-3+/Mungo/Fischer FISV 390/Hilti RE-500 Epoxy resign where ever required in RCC members including power drilling, cleaning of holes then rebar shall be inserted in holes that shall be fixed with epoxy to ensure the bond as per manufacturers recommendation complete as per site requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge of 100 mm deep(minimum), 16 mm dia hole suitable for inserting 12 mm dia reinforcement bars.

Providing and fixing rebar of required length and diameter with Sika anchor fix R-3+/Mungo/Fischer FISV 390/Hilti RE-500 Epoxy resign where ever required in RCC members including power drilling, cleaning of holes then rebar shall be inserted in holes that shall be fixed with epoxy to ensure the bond as per manufacturers recommendation complete as per site requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge of 100 mm deep(Minimum), 12 mm dia hole suitable for inserting 08 mm dia reinforcement bars.

Material and Labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for polymer modified cement bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete/masonry surface with 1 part of SBR latex with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight. Coverage SBR latex shall be 0.25 kg/sqm for one coat at all height levels.
