M&L for disonnecting of existing cable connection from street light pole box carefully & breaking of existing PCC coping of pole, taking out cable loop carefully for extension of cable and reconnection of cable termination in pole box with lugs/nut & bolts/ connector etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggrigate) as in coping of poles including necessary form work, complete all as specified .

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:3:6) (40mm graded broken stone aggregate ) type C-2 for foundation of poles including necessary form work. All as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to steel tubular pole 9 mtr long and mild steel work such as cross arm, clamps, nuts, bolts, etc including preparation of old painted surface and painting with black and yellow strip 15 cm long starting from black in alternate pattern upto 1.2 mtr hight above coping and writting pole No with black paint having existing letter size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of junction box made from SMC/FRP sheet ready made of size 300 x 200 x 100 mm having 100A capacity for RYB and neutral with aluminium buster with 4 way connector fixed to pole/wall with MS clamp 25 x 5mm and nut bolts including following :- (a) MCB SP 6 Amp 10 KA 240 Volt with aluminium lugs -01 No complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Bus bar chamber factory made outdoor type, made out of 3.15mm CRCA sheet of size 700x450x300 pedestal type with 100Amps rated aluminium bus bar TPN system , Including 40x40x6 angle iron frame for mounting and comprising of One No MCCB 100 Amps 4 Pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed on wall GI tubing light grade in replacement with necessary fittings such as bend, tee,elbow etc complete for the following sizes:-

50 mm dia and -ditto-.

40 mm dia and -ditto-.

25 mm bore and -ditto-.

Supply and fix 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor 3 core flexible cord PVC insulated from box or connector to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling of existing old U/S LT PCC/steel tubular pole carefully by breaking PCC Excavation and stacking proprerly for further disposal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, transportation, errecting & fixing in truely vertical position , steel tubular swaged pole over all height 9.0 Mtrs , type 410-SP-31 complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts washers and screws including painting two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red-oxide primer and 3 Nos bands/straps 30cm wide with post office red paint from plinth block and numbering of pole with black paint 2.5 cm in height including one coat of tarring of pole on steel surface embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation/earth work, PCC in foundation/ plinth block and cable protection pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately under appropriate item of schedule 'A')

Material & labour for taking out existing serviceable LT steel tubular pole 9.00m long along with base plate and pole cap after breaking PCC plinth block, coping including transporting the same to new location and re-erecting in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm broken stone aggregate) for coping and PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm broken stone aggregate) in foundation after excavation complete including M&L for painting with one coat of aluminum paint to LT pole at a distance 6.30 m from top and rest 1.2 mtr from coping level shall be painted with two coat of 20 cm wide strip with synthetic enamel paint of two distinct (Black & white) color in alternate pattern including writing MES pole No with synthetic enamel black paint having existing letter size with the help of stencil cut for letter and figure complete all as specified and directed . (Note : Excavation/earth work, PCC in foundation/ plinth block and cable protection pipe deemed to included in the rate quoted by the contractor.)

S& F in replacement Automatic street light switch using Nature switch based on LUX level of nature light, three phase 8kw, contactor rating 25 Amps, MCB rating 32 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

(Note:- GI Pipe Light Grade and PCC for post top lantern fixing is deemed to be include in quoted rate.) (Note:- Post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 volts will be issued under sch 'B' as free for fixing.)

Fixing Only LED Solar street light fitting 20 Watt on and including 80mm GI pipe medium grade of height 6 mtr with PCC (1:4:8) for foundation & PCC (1:3:6) for couping, In built lithium ion battery, solar panel charge controller with dusk down sensor complete all as specified and directed.(Rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be included of 80mm GI pipe medium grade & PCC work). (Note:- LED solar light fitting 20 watt will be issued under sch 'B' as free for fixing.)

Cutting the existing bituminuos road for passing of UG Cable in road crossing and making good the disturbed surface of road to its original specification complete all as directed.

Supply and fix medium grade rigid PVC conduit of size 20 mm exclusive of boxes(junction/terminal)but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers,bell mouth tube ends and fixing acessaries such as couplers lock nuts,saddles, pipe hooks etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing Only LED type Flood light 210 Watt 230 V AC Outdoor Type, aestheticaly designed with better thermal managment toughened glass and IP-66 protection Fixed on High Mast Light after taking down from hight mast height of 21 Mtr complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- LED type flood light 210 watt 230 V AC will be issued under sch 'B' as free for fixing.)

M&L for 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathed of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection with twin core cable of size 10sqmm stranded conductor including taking down existing one complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC/RCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work.
