Applying two or more coats of Birla White wall care putty over plastered surfaces after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final finish to the surface complete upto all floor level as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying priming coat on new concrete/masonry/asbestos cement/plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with readymixed primer of approved brand and manufacture (Narolac/Asian paints) complete as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Wall painting (two or more coats) with acrylic washable emulsion paint of Asian/Nerolac/Berger/Dulex /Apex/Ultima manufacture brand of required and approved shade for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone /plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for metlling the surface complete as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Wall painting (two or more coats) with with premium emulsion paint of approved brand manufacture of Asian/Nerolac/Berger/Dulex /Apex/Ultima of approved shade for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone /plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for metlling the surface complete as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion paint of Apex/Ultima of Asian/Nerolac paints of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two or more coats) to give an even after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material incluing applying of putty as required for making the surface complete as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Narolac/Asian/Berger paints) of approved shade brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter complete as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning, oil, grease, dirt and sand papering and knotting with ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink of approved brand and manufacture (Narolac/Asian/Berger paints) complete as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with premium gloss enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Narolac/Asian paints) and of approved shade to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter complete as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing cupboard/cabin with 19mm (Nineteen milimetre) thick water proof commercial board of Centuary/Kit ply/ Alpro ply/Marina (ISI Marked) for box and shutters and back side of the cupboard shall be 8mm thick ply and all cut portion of shutters shall have 6mm/12mm thick hard wood edging. The shutters from outside shall be finished with 1mm thick lamination of Centuary/Green ply/ Action Tesa of approved shade including fixing of PTMT handles 125mm (One hundred twenty five millimeter) shall be provided in wood colour with nickle plated piono hinges with screws etcetra complete as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 125mm (one hundred twenty five millimeter) aluminium handles make of pilot/sheel transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc. complete as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
