Removing old lime or cement plaster from wall surface including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris away from the work site within 50m lead including all labour T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick wall surface after racking out the joint including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering One coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on old work or new work to give an even shade including scaffolding staging charges with cost conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and dirction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with two coats of Weather coat paint of approved shade on new work/old work to give an even shade including scaffolding, staging charges with cost, convyeyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint to wood/ iron work over a coat of primer including cost of the paint, primer, sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for thework etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of dressed seasoned non-sal wood work framed and fixed (wrought & putup) in trusses, purlins, frames, rafters, doors, windows, ventilators and beams including cost, conveyance, taxes with all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

25mm thick dressed seasoned Piasal wood ledged braced and plank shutters complete with iron fittings and wooden hinged cleats fixed in position including cost, carriage, taxes of all materials complete with all iron fittings and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceiling with Aluminum anodised T Section No. 3215 with 2'-0" center to center L section No. 1705 up to 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C. plug and the Aluminum grid 2'-0" x 2'-0" with prelaminated particle board suspended from ceiling etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing fully vetrified tiles in floors of size 600mmx600mm of approved make 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and filling joints with white cement of appoved quality including cost, conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

P.C.C. M-15 grade using 40mm to 10mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by concrete mixer laying in layers and compacting by vibrator & all leads and lifts including frame works etc. including hoisting loweing and laying concree ramming in layers not exceeding 0.15m thick watering curing including cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
