1.10.3:Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.Group C

OD77413/2026-2027:Supply, Conveyance installation testing and commissioning of Led Recessed mounted 600*600 mm Luminaire having power consumption not more than 30W and light output not less than 3600 Lumens with System efficacy> 120 Lumen/Watt . Luminaire Housing Shall be made from single piece CRCA body without welding. The Luminaire should be having minimum 50000 Burning hours with CRI ≥80, SDCM<5 and 1 Co-related color temperature (CCT) of 6500K.The luminaire must have 4KV surge protection integrated in driver, PF≥0.95, Total harmonic distortion THD≤10%,EMI/EMC Compliant, Operating voltage range 140-270V with High voltage cutoff@325 ± 15V with Auto restart feature. Luminaire and driver shall be separately BIS approved of same make .all types complete with all accessories in the existing opening of false ceiling, giving connections with the existing wire etc., as required

90.4.1:Supply and installation of suitable size MS rod type fan clamp in the RCC slab as per IS 732 as required.

1.48:Supplying and fixing extra conduit down rod of 20 cm length G.I. pipe 15 mm dia, heavy gauge including painting etc. as required. (Note : More than 5 cm length shall be rounded to the nearest 10 cm and 5 cm or less shall be ignored)
