Special Eligibility Criteria

   1)The bidder should be reputed manufacturer of similar type of M&P. The bidder should submit supporting documents showing their capability and infrastructure to manufacture such M & P. 2) The bidder must submit a list of supplies made for similar type of M & P's during last Three (03) years along with the firm name, contact No/email ID and copy of the purchase order to establish that they are proven suppliers. 3) The bidder may also be an authorized dealer of OEM. In such cases, the bidder must submit the valid specification authorized certificate from OEM and the bidder must have sufficient infrastructure to carry out the AMC (Post warranty). Otherwise the bidder must conform, who will execute post warranty AMC for which assurance certificate from OEM to be enclosed. 4) Bids received from the firms not conforming to the above eligibility criteria may be rejected.

Other tenderers must submit undertaking from OEM for supply of spare parts for a period of expected life of the machine/equipment.

The bid having validity less than that stipulated in tender (to be reckoned from closing date of tender) shall be deemed as commercially unresponsive and is liable to be rejected. 2.
