Demolition of PCC/ Lime concrete from sunken floor (ground or 1st floor) and removing and depositing materials exc 150 mtrs but n exc 250 mtrs away as directed.

Fixing only in repairs, for PVC Water tanks of capacity exc 500 &1000 ltrs, open or closed, hoisted and fixed in same postion all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring loints, fixed to walls only integral water proofing compound

Supply and fix 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends in any types.

M & L for mass concrete filling using PCC ( 1:5:10) type E2 in sunken floor.

M & L 20mm thich cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% and applying water proffing treatment on sunken portion with acrylic based polymer modifed cementitious composit compound as specified and approved & cement slurry two layers, 1st layer @ 0.488 Kg/ Sqm mixed with composit compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm, & the second layer slurry @ 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed 0.126 Kg of compound complete with min 4 hours allowed to air cure between these layers and applying 200 µ polyflim with adhesive.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm and connection,ncluding cleaning for re-fixing or remval to store all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor glazed and coloured ceramic (Joint free) tiles 350x250x7mm/450x300x7mm thick, finish as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vetrious china wash basin, white flat back size 450X300mm including brackets,cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand including waste fittings, brass, chromium plated with long screwed shanks and flynuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed,15mm bore pillar tap fancy type cast copper alloy capstain heads, 450 mm length PVC connection pipe 15 mm size with PTMT nuts, capstain heads, chromium plated, sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5 mm thick sheet glass shelf 12 cm wide with chromium plated bracket and railing 60 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs vitreous china squatting pan " Orissa Pattern" size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest including provision of lime concrete bedding (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe)

S&Fin repairs 10 Ltr capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type Flushing Cistern, low level white with inlet ball valve float & handle including brackets & connection to pipes

S&F in repairs 15mm bore fancy type chromium plated bib taps with crutch of butterfly handle screwed down for iron pipes.

S&Fin repairs 15mm bore stop valve fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions.

S&F in repairs pillar taps fancy type cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated screwed down high pressure with or without lettered Hot or cold with long screwed shanks and flynuts, scewed for union pipe and fixed to 15mm dia pipe.

S&F in repair bathroom cabinet of size 350 x 450mm PVC body with shelf assembly mirror mounted as shutter etc complete.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating incl jointing with solvent cement of 75 mm dia.

Taking out existing nahani trap 100mm bore and supply and fix 100mm bore CI Nahani trap with grating incl all joints & making good to floor & tested complete, jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore brass chromium plated wall mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed complete all specified and directed.

S&F in repairs brass CP two way angular bib cock with single knob and wall flange of 15 mm dia.

S&F low density polythene (LDPE) pins of pressure rating 6 Kg/Sq cm bore of tube 32 mm for waste pipe of WHB or Sinks etc.

S&F in repairs plastic water closet seat, black or white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinging device complete all as specified and directed. hinging device.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
