Operation and General Maintenance Contract (GMC) for AGL Substations, other Electrical and Mechanical installations at Kannur International Airport

Round the clock Operation and routine/prventive/breakdown maintenance of following Electrical and Mechanical Installations (as per Appendix-1), General Conditions of Contract, Special Conditions of Contract, Technical specifications, Scope of work (as per Appendix 2) etc. a. 400 kVA substation and standby DG sets of AGL East and West Substations with operation, maintenance, monitoring, recording hourly readings of all major equipment to ensure serviceability of all systems. b. Street light system including Apron Flood lighting, Approach roads street lighting, Operational boundary wall lighting, power distribution system, cables etc. c. Internal electrical installations of ancillary buildings including AGL substations, Fire stations, Localizer hut, Glide path building, DVOR building, service block 1 & 2, police station, Domestic Cargo Building etc. d. Hydro Pneumatic System (HNS) e. Fire Fighting System complete comprising of External and internal hydrant system, sprinkler system of AGL substation, Fire station, Domestic Cargo Buildiing, MT Workshop etc. f. Compact Substation and Power distribution cables and all electrical panels for advertisement boards. g. All power cables of HT/LT distribution network.

Providing of 1 Multy Utility Vehicle with fuel and consumables for 2000km per month including Sundays and holydays for carrying out periodic inspection of various installations covered under the contract and other maintenance co-ordination works as per special conditions of contract etc. complete as required.(As per Clause No 40 of SCC)
