M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion Chlorophyriphos or equivalent as approved concentrate conforming to IS:8944 or IS 632 for post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete. The entire work is to be carried out as per specification of Code I.S.- 6313 (Part-III)-1981 complete all as specified and directed. (Note : work to be executed by authorised applicator approved by GE before execution of work)

(Note : work to be executed by authorised applicator approved by GE before execution of work)

M&L for Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion Chlorophyriphos or lindane emulsifiable or equivalent as approved concentrate conforming to IS:8944 or IS 632 @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with high strength epoxy grout to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed. The entire work is to be carried out as per specification of Code I.S.- 6313 (Part-III)-1981 complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Epoxy grout to be measured and paid seperately under respective items) (Note : work to be executed by authorised applicator approved by GE before execution of work)

Supply only high strength expoxy grout for flooring of approved make and color sikka, 3M or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

M&L at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorophyriphos or lindane emulsifiable concentrate conforming to IS:8944 or IS 632 (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing eco-friendly natural linoleum flooring 2 mm thick of approved brand and colour conforming to IS:653 including adhesive sealing joints. Removing old existing linoleum sheet, cleaning and preparation of surfaces for application of new linoleum flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description and the like on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with integral water proofing compound (WPC Measured and paid seperately) on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound (liquid admixture) complete all as specified and directed. (Makes : pidilite Industries/ Impermo/Snowcem India Ltd/Sika)

M&L for 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 rendering on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on wall complete all as specified and directed.
