Boulder pitching, grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 (Except stone)

Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.5mtr wide and not exc. 1.5mtr depth for hard/dense soil and removing soil to a distance of 50.00mtr.

Material & labour for, Providing cement concrete 1:3:6 in foundations filling & mass concrete thick 100mm, Type C2 - 40mm graded aggregate.

Material & labour for, Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 with Type B1(20mm graded aggregate) in coping over the RR masonary wall.

Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses.

Supply and filling sand under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete (design Mix) M-20 1:1.5:3 (20mm graded aggregate) in foundation including raft footings foundation beams plinth beams base for columns, under reamed piles and mass concrete.
