The welding is to be carried out by mobile welding set which includes DG set, welding set and superior quality electrodes of make Adore/ Advani/ Essab and also skilled workers. The job includes repairing of pipe by required welding at four damaged spots of delivery main and two spots of suction system. The job also includes providing and fitting of rubber gaskets of required dia. and nut bolts. After repairing, connecting and fitting of pipe line and suction system complete testing successfully. All transportation/tools and tackles shall be arranged by firm to complete the job in a one go.

The job also includes providing and fitting of rubber gaskets of required dia. and nut bolts. Also includes dismantling and extraction of suction pipe of 300mm dia. along with foot valve. Repairing of foot valve by way of providing and fitting of new flange and providing and fitting of new M.S. flape and gasket/washer as per requirement after removal of old damaged one. After repairing, connecting and fitting of delivery pipe line and suction system, complete testing successfully. All transportation/tools and tackles shall be arranged by firm to complete the job in a one go.

The job includes repairing of pipe by required welding at three damaged spots of delivery main and cutting of departmental pipe for fabricating tail piece of 100mm dia. of length 5 feet flanged both ends, Both the flanges to be provided by the firm. The job also includes fabricating of 100mm dia. short bend flanged both ends out of departmental pipe available at site. The job also includes providing and fitting of rubber gaskets of required dia. and nut bolts. After repairing, connecting and fitting of pipe line and suction system completely. The pipe is to be tested successfully. All transportation/tools and tackles shall be arranged by firm to complete the job in a one go.
