PART:A- CIVIL WORK

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion (Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration), at the rate of one litre per hole at 300 mm c/c to all the horizontal and vertical surfaces of the excavations made for the foundation of the building, soil under floors, apron, back fill material and along all the faces of the walls for PRE-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (including the cost of chemical emulsion) as per IS:6313 Part-II. (Plinth area of Building shall be measured for Payment).

Supplying and filling in plinth with Jamuna sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits cu.m (including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land) with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size).

Applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 ofapproved quality using 1.7 kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.

(e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. Installation, testing and commissioning of pre- wired, fluorescent fitting/ compact fluorescent fitting of all type, complete with all asccessories and tube etc. directly on celling/ wall, including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Installation,testing and commissioning of celling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable, including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box etc. as required.

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required. Upto 450 mm sweep

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240 volts, "C" series, minature circuit baeaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Single Pole.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 40 amps

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mmx600mmx6 mm thick including accssories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but with charcoal or coke and salt) as required.

Supplying ans laying 25 mmx5mm G.I. strip at 0.40 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including soldering etc. as required.
