SUB ESTIMATE I: Construction of Barrage at Mirabag , Sanvordem/ Curchorem Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means in all types of strata comprising any of the material such as soil, silt, sand, clay gravel, mooram of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of coglomerates, all types of laterite rocks, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated rock, fissured / shuttered rock, decomposed or weathered rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be by adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiselling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering incl. setting out constructed of shoring and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposal of excavated soil/rock at specified areas for all leads and lifts etc. as per specification & drawing and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge etc. complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in:(a) All works upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for :(i) Foundations, Footings, Bases for columns (i) Foundations, Footings, Bases for columns

(ii)Vertical surfaces such as retaing walls, returnwalls, Partitions, walls (any thickness) including attached Pilasters, Buttresses, Plinth and string courses, Fillets and the like

(iii) Columns, Pillars ,piers, abutments, posts and strut (square, rectangular, polygon in plan.)

xiii)Suspended floors, roofs landings, shelves & their supports

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for sloping or battering surface (slabs, beams, louvers, etc) including folded plates. (iii) Columns, Pillars, Posts & struts (circular or curved in plan)

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for Sides and Soffits of beams, Beam Haunchings, Cantilever, Girders, Bressumers and Lintels plinth beams not exceeding 1m in depth, Suspended floors, roofs landings, shelves & their supports. Extra to be added for additional height in centering, shuttering where ever required with adequate bracing, propping etc. including cost of de- shuttering and de-centering at all levels, over a height of 3.5m, for every additional height of 1m or part thereof. (Plan area to be measured) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, beams and balconies (plan area to be measured)

Providing and laying in position machine batched concrete (BMC), machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of concrete to the site of laying but excluding the cost of centering , shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing the strength and durability as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. M35 grade of reinforced cement concrete for All works up to floor V level.
