Annual Maintenance Contract for Main Engine (Make: MTU, Model: OM926LA, ESN- 926929-C-1146533, Powering on Crane No. 144030) of 140 Ton Diesel Hydraulic breakdown crane at Rangapara North (RPAN) for a Period of three (03) Years through OEM/Authorised Dealer from the date of commencement of work.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Payment of Tender Document Cost (TDC) in respect of E- tendering shall be accepted through net banking or through Payment gateway only. The cost of Tender Document is non- refundable for each set of Tender Document.

Tenderer(s) quoted rate will be considered as inclusive of GST and all other dues as applicable. Hence, tenderers are requested to quote his rate inclusive of GST and all other dues as applicable.

If the tenderer(s) deliberately gives/give any wrong information in his/their tender or creates/create circumstances for the acceptance of his/their tender, Railway reserves the right to reject such tender at any stage.

Tenderer(s) must keep themselves updated through the website (i.e. WWW.IREPS.GOV.IN) regarding corrigendum if any to the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) along with Tender Documents which will be uploaded in the same website.

The bidder shall submit detailed justification and basis of the quoted rates along with the bid offer for evaluation of reasonableness of rates by the Railway.
