Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring(light,fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting holder etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit(credit for above items should be made as per conitions separately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc.

Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1 Sqmm stranded for earth continuity wire, to be drawn in and including, PVC medium grade surface casing capping not less then 20 mm width with MS sheet metal sunken switch/Terminal box 1.2 mm thick and ebonite switch board cover 3.0 mm thick or PVC moulded switch board and brass screws with cup washers including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface all as directed and specified .Note : Cutting chases and making good to match with the adjoining surface shall be included in the unit rate.

(c) One 3 pin 5 amp socket out point on the same board with other switches.

(d) One3 pin 5 amps socket out let point on independent board

All as per same in item No 01 above but for one socket outlet 15 amp on independent board with 2.5 Sq. mm cable and 1.5 Sq.mm. earth wire.
