DEMOLITION AND DISMANTLING

Taking down submain wiring of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unservicable DB/ TPN (including MCCB/ MCB) main switch of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down earthing strip, down conductor, earthing rod complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix modular metal flush box 8 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix modular blank plates of one module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep, minimum air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00, five star rated (as per latest BEE rating published for the year of installation) and connecting up to and including provision of flexible three core copper conductor cable 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to connector block complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1400 mm sweep, minimum air delivery 245 CFM with service value 6.00, five star rated (as per latest BEE rating published for the year of installation) and connecting up to and including provision of flexible three core copper conductor cable 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to connector block complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix building security light luminaire LED 15 Watt 5700 K with lumen efficiency not less than 110 lumen/ Watt, pf 0.8, IP 66 with aesthetically designed sheet aluminium housing and UV stabilized acrylic cover complete with lamp and internal connection including bracket made of 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade fixed with MS clamp of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium bed side bed light, warm white, 3 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of outdoor type floor mounted step down transformer, 11 KV/ 433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz, 315 KVA capcity, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil Natural-Air Natural (ON AN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-11 with Natural brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40 degree celsius in oil and 45 degree celsius in HV/ LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temperature of 40 degree celsius. The transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Trasnformer shall be double wound, core type wil low loss, non ageing, high permeability PRIME GRADE, CARGO with m4 Grade or better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shallbe IS: 1180-2014 (Level-II) and shall comprise of the following: (a) One cable box on HT side (primary side) consisting of three No.s porcelein bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/ taking out 3 core 95 sqmm, HT 11000 Volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of four No.s porcelein bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/ suitable for connection of LT cable. (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel)

(e) Explosive event, thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, oil drain filter valve, lifting lugs, oil fillinh hole with cap/ plug with connection plate complete, air release valve plug and four no.s plain soild cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One no. 100 mm dia , dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type , having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independant set of earthing for neutral. (k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked, filtered and tested upto 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes. (l) Providing adequate size and 2 no.s of medium channels, embedded in floor, for movement of transformer. (m) Unidirectional roller wheel. (n) Oil temperature indicator , winding temperature indicator, mashling box single window, double flit buchhloz relay with alarm and trip contact (o) Other accessories as per manufacturer design. Note: Transformer shall be supplied inclusive of initial oil filling to appropriate level-2

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning in replacement of LT panel duly powder coated of suitable size outdoor cubical type factory made, weather and vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm (outdoor type) thick machine pressed CPRI approved with bottom frame made out of angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm and 600mm long 4 legs duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate blocks of size 30cm x 30cm x 60cm and 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 floor over 100mm thick sub base of brick hardcore extended 100mm on all sides below panel body complete and suitable for 415 Volt AC 3 phase, 4 strip having insulated aluminium bus bar 400 Amps from pole with openable double shutter on both sides (rear and front side) with locking arrangment duly pre-wired with suitable size of copper conductor cable fitted with proper size copper lugs/ thimbles and connecting the incoming and outgoing MCCBs with suitable size strip duly bended and drilled and fixed with nuts, bolts and washers from bus bar to MCCBs etc duly fitted with and including the following accessories, complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound techinque and necessary machine including provision of 100 mm outer dia DWC HDPE pipe for drawing underground cable etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of double wall corrugated HDPE pipe of class SN4 including accessories like HDPE snap fit coupler with neoprene 'O' ring etc. complete of size 100 mm inner dia (for protection of 95/ 240/ 300 sqmm UG cable) conforming to IS 14930 Part-I and II complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of double wall corrugated HDPE pipe of class SN4 including accessories like HDPE snap fit coupler with neoprene 'O' ring etc. complete of size 50 mm inner dia (for protection of 16/ 35 sqmm UG cable) conforming to IS 14930 Part-I and II complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix nature switch complete pole mounted enclosure consisting of MCBs, power contactor and SMC enclosure conforming to IP54 for encasing full 1 phase circuit board along with Nature switch -01, Model No. SWADEEP - 02EC 3 KW1P (for 3-5 KW load equally distributed over 1 phase) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix looping box (enclosures) of size 280 x 170 x 130 mm made of PVC comprising of 02 Nos. aluminium bus bar 100 Amps rating fixed on porcelein insulators, earthing terminal and one MCB SP 6/ 16 Amp including MS bracket, nut and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fix CPVC ball valve for 75 mm inner dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve chamber of size 45 x 45 x 60 cm internal size including earth work, PCC foundation 1:4:8 of thickness 15cm under masonry in cement mortar 1:4 complete with MS angle iron frame 40mm x 6mm and MS cover 3.0 mm thick with hinges and locking arrangements and holdfast including plastering of internal wall surfaces with cement mortar of 1:4 of thickness 10mm and coping on top of brick masonry with PCC 1:2:4 and 20mm grade stone aggregate with thickness 7.5cm including painting of steel surfaces with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM

Supply, installation and commissioning of booster pump for 440 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz confirming to IS-12469: 1988 with CI casing bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for 440 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 30m head, 450 LPM discharge including foundation, plumbing, electrical connection and all accessories etc. as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS flanged pipe of 80mm nominal bore, heavy duty for multi storeyed building, duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 5 kg capacity dry chemical powder (ABC) type fire extinguisher conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with initial filling in brand new cylinder, with powder coated finish, fitted with all accessories along with suitable signage, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 4.5 kg capacity CO2 type fire extinguisher, conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with CO2 gas filled in brand new seamless cylinder with powder coated finish, made out of Manganese steel with wheel type valve, discharge nozzle, bend and horn, wall mounting bracket/ floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage complete all as specified and directed.

REFRIGERATION AND HOT WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fix refigerator, electric driven, single phase of capacity 195 litres, BEE 5 star rated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix desert cooler electric driven (single phase), having nominal air flow capacity of 5000 Cum per hour (or nearest size) with plastic/ PVC body complete all as specified and directed. Make: Symphony Touch 55 or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type, ABS body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 50 litre, BEE 5 star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRV, connection piece etc. including fixing arrangement with necessary fasteners, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type, ABS body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRV, connection piece etc. including fixing arrangement with necessary fasteners, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.
