Carrying out Load testing of EOT Crane of capacity 12.5 Ton installed in CT building to prove the satisfactory operation of electrical controls, motors, gears boxes, protective devices, system interlocks, mechanical components like wire rope, weld sections of the crane in all motions (LT, CT, Hoist in high speed and creep speed) during full load and testing of crane in over load at 110% and deflection test all as per IS: 3177 of 1977 through M/s Lloyds Register of Shipping or any accredited agency as approved by AGE (I), duly certified including all consumables complete all as specified. [Notes: (i) Necessary pre calibrated certified loads with load cell digital/ analogue type and Hydraulic mobile crane at site required for carrying load test shall be arranged by contractor and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same. (ii) Contractor has to arrange necessary tarpaulin/ plywood to unload weights on the floor and ensure that the electrostatic floor/ floor surfaces is not scratched/ damaged during testing].

S&F Un-Galvanized flexible steel wire rope suitable for EOT/ HOT crane of 5 to 25 ton capacity, non rotating type, RHOL conforming to IS-2266/02 [Tensile strength: 1960N/sq.mm] with spiral stranded steel core construction complete including wearing on main hoist drum and applying sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge including uncoiling and removing the worn-out unserviceable wire rope. Supply, installation, wiring, testing and commissioning of VVVF Drive including required power and control cables, cable lugs etc. suitable for CT/ LT operation of 5 to12.5 Ton capacity EOT cranes including feeding all parameters and micro speeds all as specified and as directed. S&F 3 pole MCCB of capacity 100-125A, 35Ka, Ics=100% Icu complete with spreader terminals for motor back up protection by removing the existing unserviceable switch gear complete all as specified and as directed. [Cat No. SL98653OOOO of make: L&T or equivalent in Standard/ Havells]

M&L for serving of the HOT cranes/ Chain Pulley of 2 Ton Capacity by taking down the pulley blocks and winch assembly including gear shaft and chains followed by greasing, oiling and overhauling and checking for any defects in wheel mechanism for horizontal and transverse movements including rectification of defects and checking the rails for crane movement and aligning the same including bending, fabrication by welding including necessary reinforcement and connected PCC work and painting the HOT crane/ Chain pulley complete including brackets, cross members etc. with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after due cleaning of the entire surface and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, replace, testing and commissioning of Hydraulic thruster brake unit for LT/ CT complete with control supply wiring, hydraulic oil, transformer oil, brake pads, liners, base clamps, nut & bolts etc complete with all accessories suitable for operation on 415 V AC supply with load capacity of 8 kg all as specified and as directed. [Make: BCH/ Speed-O-Controls/ Storm Kraft].

Taking down the unserviceable trailing cable and Supply and fix new power supply trailing cables of size 4 core 4 sq.mm stranded copper conductor, PVC/ XLPE sheathed, FRLS type along with using MS clamps/ cleats, glands, copper lugs and connecting in panel/ equipment all as specified and as directed. M&L for preparation of iron/ steel surfaces of 10 Ton capacity EOT cranes installed in Old work shop by rubbing and making free from oils, grease and dust and applying one coat of polyurethane paint using spray gun on the surfaces of motors, electrical/ control panels, wire rope drums, hoist hook, platforms, ladders, brackets, cabins, hand rails including all components with existing colour scheme all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and Removing unserviceable induction motor of capacity 7.5/10 HP from EOT Crane and transporting to work shop and re-winding the same with super enamelled copper conductor of existing gauge, size, turns including varnishing, class-B insulation etc., and refixing the same in location, position, alignment, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and Removing unserviceable induction motor of capacity 0.5/1/1.5 HP from EOT Crane and transporting to work shop and re-winding the same with super enamelled copper conductor of existing gauge, size, turns including varnishing, class-B insulation etc., and refixing the same in location, position, alignment, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Replacement of Brake shoe liners (6/8mm thick) made of treated fabric lining and secured with aluminium rivets complete suitable for EHT/ EMDC brake of 150 to 300mm drum size including riveting to brake shoe all as directed.

Removing of unserviceable brake coil of thruster brakes in LT/CT motion, Main/Auxiliary Hoist including opening the burnt winding by cutting down and rewinding with existing size of super enameled copper conductor and applying insulating varnish, drying the coil only in original position up to size of 200mm and 8.5 kg complete of capacity 1 ton to 5 ton and testing as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S&F control pendent (IP 65) enclosure consisting of push buttons with required NO and NC contacts for Main Hoist/ LT and CT motions in normal and creep modes complete along with all accessories and fixtures all as specified and directed including disconnecting and taking down existing unserviceable pendent.
