SCHEDULE B1 CIVIL WORKS (RAIN WATER HARVESTING STRUCTURE OVER GAMBHROLLA KHAD, WTP ,Construction of Pump house, Construction of Storage tanks etc.)
Cutting in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work including saturated soil and disposal of excavated earth in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock, chiseling wedging out of rock where blasting in prohibited saturated soil including bailing / pumping out of water, stacking the excavated soil in all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then deposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts with bailing out or pumping out water during excavation in foundation.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two evel 2nd class bricks cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Manufacturing and supplying of fencing pannel of size 1.20 mtr x 1.20 mtr of Jali 25x25 mm welded to MS angle 40x40x5mm with MS flats 20mm and providing hold fast of 32x3mm thick 20cm including cutting , welding, painting with red oxide paint complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
15mm cement plaster in single coat of fair side of brick/stone masonry for internal plastering up to floor two level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in CM: 1:6(1cement:6sand) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.
Steel work welded in built up section including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard, bars, ladders railing brackets and similar works and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces one coats to give and even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dustmortarand other foreign matter.

Excavation in foundation, trenches (for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing laying and jointing and testing GMS pipes flanged / butt welded pipes including cost of bends complete as per IS: 1239-1990 (Part-I) as per dimentions, weights and test pressures mentoined below in a random length of 5 to 7 mtrs. The welding of M.S. flanges with electrodes as per relevants codes including required number and size of nuts and bolts asper relevants codes and asbestos fibre jointing gasket sheet not less than 3mm thickness as per reelvants codes. The welding of flnages to be done on both faces in three layers to make the joints leak proof and to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches of Galvanized MSERW flanged pipes conforming to IS/ISO 3183-2007 Grade L-210 or A as per dimensions weight and test pressure mentioned below in a random length of 5 m-7m. The pipes end shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding. The M.S. flanges are to be provided 5% of total joints as per table below conforming to IS 6392-1971 ( Latest upto date amendments ) and welding of flanges with pipes as per IS: 816-1965 with electrode as per IS: 814-1967 including required Nos. and size of M.S nuts and bolts as per IS: 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fibre jointing geskets sheet not less than 3 mm thick as per IS; 2712-1965. The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in three layers(Two inner & one outer) to make the joints leak proof and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in -charge.
