Designing, construction, testing, and commissioning of Section office cum complaint office and residencial Building at Tinber Section, including all allied civil works, electrical works, internal electrification with lighting and power outlets, sanitary and plumbing works, construction of toilets, septic tank with soak pit, internal and external water supply and drainage, site development including earthwork/cutting/filling in all types of soil and rock, approach road, pathways, boundary wall with gate, external solar-powered street lighting, rainwater harvesting system, external landscaping and horticulture works, fire-fighting arrangements as per NBC norms, and all necessary electro-mechanical installations required for making the building fully functional and operational, complete in all respects as per approved drawings and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work, including all ancillary items, services, and accessories, and nothing extra shall be payable on any account.( Refer Technical specifications (Vol-II), Data Sheet No. 1,)
