Demolition of cement concrete of any description (in sunken floors) and in any position and removal of debris from Dockyard premises complete all as directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:7:12 type F2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling in sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete or brick surfaces in sunken portions mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. [Note :- Supply only WPC will be measured and paid for seperately.]

Material & labour for provision of two coats of two component acrylic polymer plastomeric water proofing coating of brush bond RFX of FOSROC in 2 mm thick having a 15 kgs of powder and 5 ltrs of liquid polymer added with 3 ltrs of water applied to cover area of 13 to 14 sqm per 20 kg pack per one coat of 1 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour polythene 5- micron thick laid on a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Material & labour for pressure grouting with cement slurry added with non shank grout mixture CONBEX 100 of FOSROC at dosage of 225 grams for 50 kgs of cement by drilling holes to a depth of 60 mm in 3 Nos in 1M x 1M grm pattern until refusal of grout in to the holes including cutting and finishing the grout holes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down 15 mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix 15 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down 20mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix 20mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 25mm thick cement concrete type 'B-1' 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for dark shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc,. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortar (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including screed bed in CM 1:6, 15mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over including rendering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour Pre-cast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks, type C1, 1:3:6 (20mm stone graded agg), exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down to water etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering on fair faces of brick work 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs vitreous China bowl urinal flat back, size of 465 x 355 x 265 mm (minimum) white with grating and union for discharge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix Vitrous China urinal partition white of size 310 x 700mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs vitreous China squatting pan `ORISSA` pattern of size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe including provision of concrete bedding including taking out the existing unserviceable pan complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs vitreous China wash hand basin size 580 x 450 mm white with brackets and flat back including cutting for pinning in ends of brackets including taking out the existig unserviceable WHB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe including taking out the existig unserviceable pedestal pan complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs 32 mm dia waste fittings brass chromium plated for wash hand basin with long screwed shanks and fly nuts flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs pillar taps, cast copper alloy with capasten heads cromium plated fancy type, long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs 15 mm dia stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed. .

Supply & Fix in repairs PVC low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity including all fittings and brackets bends flush pipe etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs PVC connection 450 mm long (high density) 15 mm dia double brass sockets both ends with rubber washer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs 15 mm dia bib tap chromium plated fancy type, screwed down for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix towel rail 450 mm long of PTMT fixed with and including chromium plated brass screws and wooden / plastic cleats (Min wt 170 gms) complete all as specified and as directed. .

Grating doom 100 mm dia of PTMT (Min wt 25 gms)

Preparation of new platered surfaces and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls.
