Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 mt in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed:all kinds of soil

Providing/Laying Stone soling Nallah hand packed on level in foundation trenches/Roomes excluding carriages of Stones 15 km MT

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix ratio M10 using 20 mm nominal size agg excluding cost of shuttering i/c curing( all works upto lintel level)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters but tresses, plinth ,fondation and string course fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing 12mm plaster in 1:4 mix ratio( 1cement:4 fine sand)

Carriage of Sand/Agg for an average lead of 25 Km

Add Provision for signboard & photograph (Pre-Execution, during-Execution and Post-Execution) & Unfroreseen item.
