This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The bottom surface and four sides of the granite flooring shall be pre treated before laying with two or more coats of water proof penetrating shield of approved make . The top surface of the granite flooring shall be treated with two or more coats of stain proof penetrating shield treatment on the top surface of granite floor surface which shall be of approved make. Modifying the available dismantled SS hollow tube hand rails to the required size and pattern by cutting, bending, making correction, welding grinding, buffing, polishing and fixing to floor or the side of was\ist slab at all levels with necessary nuts, screws, bolts, fastners, base cap, end cap including making holes in the floor/granite/tile etc and grouting all complete as per the direction of EIC. Providing and fixing plain GI coloured sheets of 0.35 mm thick. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of supporting frame work including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Design supply & installation of suspended Spider Glazing system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steelof approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel Spider & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins 21 mm thick. TheGlass fins and glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/ beams by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of 50x25x2mm using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints between glass panels (6 to 8 mm) and gaps at the perimeter & in U channelof the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, s as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof. The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing including approval from structural designer, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated glass etc. all complete. For the purpose of payment, actual elevation area of Glazing including thickness of joints and the portion of Glass panel inside the SS channel shall be measured.

Providing and fixing frameless glass partition with 12mm thick toughened glass with appropriate bottom and top aluminium powder coated channels of approved shade including necessary EDPM gasket etc. The frameless glass partition shall fixed to the existing flooring/ceiling/framework with necessary screws and the joints/gaps shall be filled with silicon sealant of approved make etc complete. The aluminum channel will be paid seperately under respective item.

Providing and fixing of forsted filim /etchin of approved make & thickness of 2 mil (0.05mm) without adhesive & 3-4mil (0.8-0.10mm) with adhesive including cutting the film to the required size, pasting the film on glass without any air bubbles at all heights complete as per the direction of the engineer in charge. The rate shall be inclusive of material, labour, wastage, transportation etc.

Providing and fixing in position 4mm thick Aluminium composite panels(ACP) in external face, column, and any other location in required profiles as per direction of Engineering in charge. Approved make confirming to ASTM standard/ specification core sandwitched between two skins of 0.5mm thick to have overall thickness of 4mm with exterior coating of PVDF paint. The item includes straight/ slope curvilinear profiles and shapes including all accessories and incidental works. This item also includes application of approved silicon sealant in the joints to make it watertight. The ACP sheets to be fixed using mechanical fastens and cleats on structures. The cost includes ACP material, cleats, labours, fastners, screws etc. to fix aluminium composite panels to walls, aluminium frame work in required profiles including cutting in truss joining area as per the direction of Engineer In Charge. Only the cost of Aluminium required for fixing ACP sheet as per site requirement, framework wherever required will be paid extra.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing of vertical venitian blind 100 mm wide made of polyester viscose fabric of approved manufacturer with powder coated aluminium guide channel with fittings chains connecting chain at bottom and sufficient bottom weights in good condition of required colour and pattern etc, as per the direction of engineer in charge. (The venetian blind should be of 100mm width polyester viscose fabric 0.3mm to 0.4mm thick, weight between 250 to 350gms per sq.m, Opacity 60 to 80). The rate shall include cost of all the materials, fabrication, fixing charges, carriage and taxes.
