Utilization of Effluent water from STP at AA-IIB and IIC for Gardening under New Town Kolkata Project.

Engineering Procurement with soil testing and Construction RCC sump well cum pump house with receiving and collection arrangement at each STP (at IIB and IIC) as per attached drawing of the department including supplying, laying, conveying , handling and loading storing, setting, testing, casting, wastes etc. along with sluice gate, M.S. ladder, screen chamber, rugs, railing, lifting arrangement for screening material, ventilating arrangement, cutouts for pipe along with arrangement for 4 nos. PVC storage tank of 5000 lit capacity (total 20000 lit.) of RCC Framed structure with stagging Ht. of 10 mtr. from operating floor, wash out , overflow arrangement , required valves, M.S. Railing and ladder at Action Area -IIB as per design and departmental drawing, with necessary brick work, plastering, painting , door window arrangement rain water pipes to all structure and epoxy painting to the all internal or exposed MS Structure, pipes, valves including restoration and land development all complete.

Surveying, designing and laying of Rising Main and distribution lines of D.I. pipes (DI-K9/K7 for Rising main and DI-K7 for Distribution) for recycle and re-use of effluent from STP at IIB and IIC respectively, including horizontal boring at required road crossing locations and canal crossing with necessary anchoring arrangement as per of departmental drawing, maintaining necessary cushion and required DI specials, valves arrangement with installation of hydrants, restoration, repair and reconstruction of dismantled structures following all IS safety rules, without obstruction to traffic during work including construction of thrust block at required places and joining of pipes as per IS-8329, IS-12288 and other latest relevant IS codes including three months' Trial run . (All DI pipes excluding valves and specials will be supplied from Department to the concerned agency free of cost).

Design and Construction of RCC over head reservoir (OHR) with capacity 50000 lit. and staging ht. of 8.00 m as per soil testing at specified location within Ecopark (as shown in departmental drawing) including supplying and installation of necessary bends, valve chamber , arrangement of DI rising main , distribution, overflow, wash out pipes and by pass arrangement, supply of necessary valves and construction of valves chambers followed by water tightness test of the reservoir including arrangement of safety and security including proper plastering , painting , construction of lantern providing mosquito nets including earthing arrangement for lightning etc. complete as per relevant latest IS Codes.

Surveying, designing and laying of UPVC pipe line inside the Eco Park premises as per departmental layout with necessary spout arrangements , UPVC pipes and arrangements not below 75 mm dia. of class –III, restoration of dismantled structures , repair and reconstruction of the same, All laying should be done without disturbing the visitor’s activity of Eco park, necessary barricading etc. as per safety rules etc. complete including three months' Trial run .

Operation and maintenance of all Civil works including piping arrangements for 3 years.

Electro Mechanical works : Designing, Supplying, Installation and Commissioning required pumping assembly, panel board, cable and earthing arrangement including PLC operated control panel for running of pumps and other devices as required as per demand with the help of level sensor etc. required to complete the job with three months' trial run including three years operation & maintenance.
