Periodical renewal to Paonta Rampurghat Nawada road km.0/0 to 8/300. (SH-Providing and laying 50mm.Thick penetration macadam in essential reaches and 30mm.Thick bituminous concrete in km.6/400 to 7/400) under Annual Maintenance Plan 2022-23.

Amount

Construction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse agregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller to hieve the desired degree of compaction as per technical specification clause 506, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm (Zero decimal seven zero to one kilogramme per square metre) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm (Zero decimal two five to zero decimal three zero killogramme per square metre) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 30mm.(Thirty milimetre)thick bituminous concrete using crushed stone agregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and roling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification,, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge 40/50mm(forty/fifty milimetres)compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5%(five point five percent)(percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (three percent)(percentage by weight of aggregate) prepared in batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity, inluding all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying 2.5mm(two point five milimetres)thick road marking strips(retro reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermnoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complet, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exeeding 1.5m(one point five metre)in width or 10 sq.m.(ten square metere)on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, llift upto 1.5 m(one point five metre),including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavted sooil as directed with in a lead of 50 m(fifty meetres)all kinds of soil, including all lads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 in P.C.C. Grade M-10 (nominal mix 1:3:6(one cement : three sand : six graded stone aggregate nominal size), including all leads, lifts and carriage of material , as per the entire satisfaaction of Engineer-in-charge.
