REPAIR/MAINT OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT INCLUDING CONNECTED ITEM OF WORKS AT MIL STN PITHORAGARH UNDER GE(MES) PITHORAGARH

DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Dewatering and pumping out of existing accumulated sludge from Bar sreen chamber at STP by using external sewage disposal pump set to near by sewage disposal drain and cleaning of tank by scrapping with wire brush or any other means of on walls and bottom of tank and removing the sludge/ slits/ sand/fungus etc deposited inside the sumps/ tanks with buckets and depositing where directed followed by cleaning with bleaching water solution and fresh water and finally applying one coat of white cem on internal and external surfaces including writing "Tank Cleaned (date) and due date with 10 Cm size white colour letter" on Black back ground on external walls complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Contractor shall arrange own diesel pump T&P etc for cleaning purpose and minor spares and cunsumable like small screws washers cleaning agents consumable etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rate deemed to be including all safety precaution to be taken while working in STP. (ii) The accumulated/ deposit sludge after drying shall be disposed off out side the defence land to a distance exceeding 1.5KM and not exceeding 5.00 KM from the STP cost of which shall be deemed to inclusive in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Dewatering and pumping out of existing accumulated sludge from Equilization tank at STP by using external sewage disposal pump set to near by sewage disposal drain and cleaning of tank by scrapping with wire brush or any other means of on walls and bottom of tank and removing the sludge/ slits/ sand/fungus etc deposited inside the sumps/ tanks with buckets and depositing where directed followed by cleaning with bleaching water solution and fresh water and finally applying one coat of whitecem on internal and external surfaces including writing "Tank Cleaned (date) and due date with 10 Cm size white colour letter" on Black back ground on external walls complete all as specifoed and direted. Note :- (i) Contractor is to arrange own diesel pump T&P etc for cleaning purpose and minor spares and cunsumable like small screws washers cleaning agents consumable etc is deemed to be included quoted rate including all safety precaution to be taken while working in STP. (ii) The accumulated/ deposit sludge after drying shall be disposed off out side the defence land to a distance exceeding 1.5KM and not exceeding 5.00 KM from the STP cost of which shall be deemed to inclusive in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Dewatering and pumping out of existing accumulated sludge from MBBR tank at STP by using External Sewage disposal drain and cleaning of tank by scrapping with wire brush or any other means of on walls and bottom of tank and removing the sludge/ slits/ sand/fungus etc deposited inside the sumps/ tanks with buckets and depositing where directed followed by cleaning with bleaching water solution and fresh water and finally applying one coat of white cem on internal and external surfaces including writing "Tank Cleaned (date) and due date with 10 Cm size white colour letter" on Black back ground on external walls complete all as specifoed and direted. Note :- (i) Before commencement of work necessary arangement for bypassing the raw sewage to disposal and work to be carried out in fast pace by developing more man power at STP in Order to complete the work at the earliest. (ii) Contractor is to arrange own diesel pump T&P etc for cleaning purpose and minor spares and consumable like small screws washers cleaning agents consumable etc is deemed to be included quoted rate deemed to be including all safety precaution to be taken while working in STP. (iii) Removing of media and keeping a side for refuse or disposal as directed deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

M&L for cleaning of STP area by means of removing debris cutting of grass /bushes and disposed off up to a distance not more than 50 mtr from starting point all as per directed.

Dewatering and pumping out of existing accumulated sewage from FAB tank at STP manually or using external sewage disposal pump sets to near by sewage disposal drain and cleaning of tank by scrapping with wire brush or any other means of on walls and bottom of tank and removing the sludge/ slits/ sand/fungus etc deposited inside the sumps/ tanks with buckets and depositing where directed followed by cleaning with bleaching water solution and fresh water and finally applying one coat of white cem on internal and external surfaces including writing "Tank Cleaned date and due date with 10 Cm size white colour letter" on Black back ground on external walls complete all as specifoed and direted. Dewatering and pumping out of existing accumulated sewage from Tube settler by manualy or using external sewage disposal pump sets to near by sewage disposal drain and cleaning of tank by scrapping with wire brush or any other means of on walls and bottom of tank and removing the sludge/ slits/ sand/fungus etc deposited inside the sumps/ tanks by cleaning with bleaching water solution and fresh water and finally applying one coat of white cem on internal and external surfaces including writing "Tank Cleaned date and due date with 10 Cm size white colour letter" on Black back ground on external walls complete all as specifoed and direted. Note :- (i) Removing and disposal of old tube deck media. (ii) The disposal of accumulated/ deposited sludge after drying out side the defence land to a exceeding 1.5KM and not exceding 5.00 KM from the STP . (iii) Before commencement of work necessary arangement for disposal of sewage/ sludge be made and work to be caried out in fast pace by developing more man power at STP in Order to complete the work in ax 02 days. (iv) Refixing of old serviceable deck media (v) Cutting and rewelding of supporting MS frame structure ( Supporting MS frame for tube settler) (vi) replacement of unsv rusted portion of supporting MS frame structure Cost of MS frame will be paid seprately.

Dewatering and pumping out of existing accumulated sewage from Chlolrine Contact Tank STP by manually or using Extrnal sewage disposal pump sets to near by sewage disposal drain and cleaning of tank by scrapping with wire brush or any other means of on walls and bottom of tank and removing the sludge/ slits/ sand/fungus etc deposited inside the sumps/ tanks with buckets and depositing where directed followed by cleaning with bleaching water solution and fresh water and finally applying one coat of snow cem on internal and external surfaces including "Tank Cleaned date and due date with 10 Cm size white colour letter" on Black back ground on external walls complete all as specifoed and direted. Note :- (i) The accumulated/ deposied sludge after drying shall be disposed off out side the defence land to a distance excceding 1.5KM and not exceding 5.00 KM from the STP cost of which shall be deemed to enclusive in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Contractor is to arrange own diesel pump T&P etc for cleaning purpose and minor spares and consumable like small screws washers cleaning agents consumable etc is deemed to be included in the cost the unit rate quoted deemed to be include all safety precaution to be taken while working in STP.

M&L for cleaning/ rodding of choked pipe line of size 80/100/150 mm by manually or mechanical sucking rodding including cutting trading welding of pipe lines and testing for no leakage/ functionablity all as directed by engr-in-charge.
