Complete maintenance of the following entire garden features as per generally acceptable standard yardstick in the entire garden area i.e. to include lawn, trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & Lawn mower and Brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of the officer in-charge.Total quantity for 06 Month = 8450 Sqm X 06 Months = 50,700 Sqmt.

Cleaning and Sweeping of Lawn / Garden area 03 (three) times in 06 (six) months and keep it neat and clean by mechanized method / manually, remove litter, debris, picking of leaves, papers, plastic bottles etc. including disposal of collected waste in dustbin / designated place, as per direction of officer -in- charge (All T & P, materials / articles shall be provided by the contractor.). Total quantity for 03 Month = 8450 Sqm X 03 Months = 25,350 Sqmt

Supplying and providing /applying of Consumable article for day to day use in horticultural operation for maintenance of garden (Consumable Articles e.g. Bamboo Basket/Plastic pan (20”) , Nylon dori , Brush Cutter wire for brush cutter , Broom Stick with 1.5 mtr height handle , Hassion Cloth , Bamboo (12 ft.) hollow, GI wire and any other articles as per actual requirements for smooth functioning of garden maintenance works.

Supplying and stacking/ applying of well decayed Cow Dung Manure at site including royalty and carriage upto15 k.m. Lead complete (Cow Dung Manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Supplying and stacking/applying of Inorganic fertilizer (Urea) at site including carriage charges

Supplying and stacking/applying of good earth at site including royalty and carriage up to 10 k m lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and plantation of different varieties of seeds/saplings for seasonal beds (two seasons: Summer & Winter) as per requirement of the garden.

Summer Seasonal seedlings( 10 cm - 15 cm height in poly earthen pot)

Winter Seasonal seedlings( 10 cm - 15 cm height in poly earthen pot)

Supplying & applying of Plant Protection Product (Insecticides & fungicides) in garden i.e. trees, flowering shrubs, hedges, ground covers flower beds etc. as per direction of the Officer –in-charge. (The details quantity & name of the Plant Protection Products will be follows at the time of execution & as per requirements).

Supplying & applying of organic fertilizer (e.g Mustard Cake, Ecohume liquid, Bone Dust, Neem Cake etc. any others as per requirements) to fertilizing in planted plants, seasonal flower beds and in other garden elements. (The details quantity & name of the fertilizers will be follows at the time of execution & as per requirements).

Repairs & replacement of damaged underground PVC pipeline system including trenching, supply of required size pvc pipe & accessories and plumbing works in complete all respect to keep in good condition for proper irrigation of the garden. ( The works shall be executed as & when damages occurs during the period of maintenance works)

Supplying and providing / applying of Suction flexible PVC watering pipe for irrigation of garden (Size 25 mm dia) reputed brands, ISI marks.

Making necessary arrangements for lifting and lowering of installed 5 HP Submersible motor pump set and GI Suction pipes including all charges. ( The item shall be executed as and when required on the basis of actual requirements)

Making necessary arrangements for repair and maintenance of installed 5 H.P. Submersible motor pump set including all charges. ( The item shall be executed as and when required on the basis of actual requirements)

Making necessary arrangements for repair and maintenance of installed submersible motor Panel Board including all charges. ( The item shall be executed as and when required on the basis of actual requirements)

Supply and installation of 4 Sq mm 3 core flat Submersible cables ( Reputed brand; ISI certified ) to connect the Motor Pump to Panel Board to supply power. The length may cables be decreased or increased as per actual requirements)

Supply & fittings of other required electrical accessories like MCB, wire, etc. including all charges. ( The item shall be executed as and when required on the basis of actual requirements)

Making necessary arrangements for washing and flushing of Bore well by Compressor Machine till sand free discharge including all charges. ( The item shall be executed as and when required on the basis of actual requirements)

Minor repairing of installed MS Cabin box ( size 1.5 mtr X 1.2 mtr) including fitting , fixing of sheet, fixing in cement concrete and painting with green enamel paints ( 2 coat) including all charges.

Making necessary arrangements for hard pruning & trimming of big trees ( 10 Nos – 15 Nos.) in a certain levels & height including making section, stacking of serviceable wood/parts and disposal of unserviceable parts of the trees

Providing and Stacking/Plantation of Hibiscus rosa sinensis different var. of height 60-75 cm. with 5-6 branches in poly bag of size 25 cm The rate is as per prevailing market rate.

Providing and Stacking/Plantation of Mussaenda spp. of height 60-75 cm. multi branched in earthen pot of size 25 cm The rate is as per prevailing market rate.

Providing and Stacking/Plantation of Tabernaemontana divaricata (Chandni double) of height 45-60 cm. in poly bag of size 20 cm The rate is as per prevailing market rate.
