Demolition of brick work built in CM including all quions, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with sub class "B"brick (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound in top @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instruction finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC measured and paid seperately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint with anti algal properties (Apex ultima or equivalent) with white exterior wall care putty on over one coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint with 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of old plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over with wall care putty with priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering on ceiling surfaces in any position in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on ceilings and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint with wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) slab flooring, plinth protection providing 150 mm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness as in floors, apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-25mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles coloured (300x450mm) x 7mm thick, on wall dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 10mm thick backing coat of tiles in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

M & L for doubly charged coloured vitrified ceramic tile, light shade flooring of size of tile 600x1200x8-10mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the suraface over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including roughening of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured doubly charged vitrified ceramic tile, light shade flooring of size of tile 600x1200x8-10mm thick as in Skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the suraface over and including backing coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including roughening of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic (colored), 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor area of each tile 400x400 mm , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match incl and over screed bed or beeding layers of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames area exc. 1.50 Sqm and n. exc 4.00 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB / MCB distribution board, VTPN, 4 way with MCCB as incomer and MCBs as outgoing in sheet steel powder painted enclosure double door type with minimum IP 43 degree of protection with built in copper bus bar, neutral link and earth link complete including cutting the wall surfaces for flush mounting of DB and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface all as specified and directed. Supply and fix MCB distribution board, SPN, 12 way in sheet steel powder painted enclosure double door type with minimum IP 43 degree of protection with built in copper bus bar, neutral link and earth link complete including cutting the wall surfaces for flush mounting of DB and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface all as specified and directed. Note: MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix MCCB, 160A, 36 KA, 4 Pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB 40A - 63A, 10 KA, SPN, 'C' curve, 240 V, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB 6 - 32A, 10 KA, single Pole, 'C' curve, 240 V, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installed & fix maintenance free earthing copper bonded steel earth rod of 10 feet long having diameter of 17.2mm with copper bonding thickness of 250 micron, Tested at 25 KA fault current for one second and is provided with universal clamp made of SS earth enhancing compound shall be of 50kg/pit(resistivity is less than 0.12 Ohm meter).The above arrangements shall be provided with heavy duty earth poly plastic pit cover of 5000 kg load bearing capacity (Size:270 x 240 x 200mm) and FRLS insulated copper conductor of size 6 sqmm, single core cable drawn through and including medium grade rigid PVC conduit upto 7 mtr incl cutting and chases on wall / floor and making good using PCC work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Circuit/submain wiring with single core FRLS PVC insulated copper stranded conductor cable drawing into existing PVC rigid conduit surface /concealed/ casing caping as required of 1.5 Sqmm for Inverter wiring, including taking down unserviceable existing wiring etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable service cable of any description and Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel wire or strip and overall PVC sheathed, 35 sq. mm nominal cross section, 3.5 core in service connections as per IS 7098(Part 1) including connecting on LT OH line / LT panel /DB with suitable lugs, glands, binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) 50mm dia of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches/floors/duct or fixed on walls /pole for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
