Repair, maintenance and testing of APFC panel of capacity 450 KVAR including replacment of all unserviceble parts such as contactor, relay, indicator, power capacitor, Electronic Relay(For operating of capacitor), MCCBs and CTs etc, for improving the power factor value. All as specified and directed. Note:- 1-Material such as wire, lugs and ferrule are included in quotated rates. 2- All the material(except wire,lug and ferrule) of APFC panel will be measured paid seperatley under relevant items of schedule 'A' 3- Contactor have to maintain the power factor 0.99 after maintanance of capacitor pannel till the period of defect liability.

M&L Repairs & overhauling to LT ACBs of any capacity (400 A to 2000 A) of any make by removing out the breaker from the respective panels after taking proper electric shut down & disconnecting the breaker, checking it thoroughly for the defects & tripping system of the ACB and replacing defective spares & rectifing them, lubrication of moving contacts, overhauling of the ACB, replacement of wornout minor spares like springs, washers, levers, nuts & bolts etc reassembling , re-installation ,testing & commissioning of ACB complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge

Note :(i) Cost of lubricants, cleaning agents, testing tools and minor spares shall be deemed to be including in quoted rates (ii) Cost of spares will be measured & paid seperately under relevant items of schedule 'A'

(a) Supply and fixing of Moving Arcing contacts and adjust the contact pressure of LT ACB of any make any capacity

(b) Supply and fixing of fixed Arcing contact and adjust the contact pressure of LT ACB of any make any capacity

(c) M&L for replacement of main shaft assembly with crank & cam spacer of (400 to 2000 Amps) 3 pole LT ACB of existing make & model and testing for proper operation complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

(d) M&L for replacement of Trip coil of LT ACB of any make any capacity all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for earthing complete with using galvanized mild steel earth plate (electrode) 600 mmx 600 mmx 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all round the plate using 32X6 mm GI earth strip as earth lead moulded and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to main equipment at switch/control board at another end, GI earth lead incased in and including 50 mm dia GI ‘light grade’ pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment with & including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe ‘light grade’ as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of the earth plate, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in pits chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) complete all specified and directed.

(a) Incoming MCCB 4 pole 250 Amp 35 KA alongwith Spreader terminals with adjustable thermal setting – 01 Nos
